    Great holiday in a great location. Shops bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. Hotel food probably best I’ve ever had. Staff can’t do enough for you.

    VACATION FROM HELL

    I travel to Cancun every year with friends and family. I have stayed at the Riu Cancun three times already but I can honestly say I will NOT be going back to that hotel. It used to be a great hotel with prefect ambiance. It has not become a haven for the lower class individuals that feel entitled. They yell, cut in lines, fighting with each other, fighting with hotel staff. We went at the end of July this year and the guests acted like animals from the zoo. I was very disappointed. And to top it off the food was terrible compared to other years we have been there. I do have to say that the customer service was impeccable, the workers enjoy taking care of the guests. The problem was the type of guests at the hotel.

    The place is just beautiful beyond words! We had a wonderful time. The pools always had room to hang out. Happy hour, darts, working out and everything in between was amazing.
