  This is our second time coming to Punta Cana Princess, we came last year and loved it so we had to come back! The resort is great, the people who work here are all very friendly and helpful, the food and drinks are great. The beach is incredible, the pool is refreshing! Carlos helped us book our reservations for dinner, he was very helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone!

  Girls Trip! Marked safe for single traveller :)

  Had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Punta Cana Princess all Suites Resort & Spa over Easter 2025. The lobby is the first thing you see, and it's cool, charming, clean and the welcome drink is a bonus after a long flight. The resort is beautifully kept, clean and tidy – including the beach area, the staff work tirelessly to keep it that way. The resort has a relaxed feel, where nothing is too much trouble for the amazing staff; and has the option to use the resort next-door if you want something a little livelier (we didn’t go there so can’t comment). The food was always fresh and well prepared at the buffet style restaurant with plenty of variety for everyone, from cooked to order eggs in the morning (egg chief was great! Sorry didn’t get your name) to chicken, fish and burgers for lunch, and many different options for dinner. They also have other restaurant options on site, from Italian, Mexican and even a little Fondue place which was our favorite. Also worth a note – the hotel has a desk inside the lobby for NexusTours who arranged our transfer – excellent company, we took a tour with them to the Capital and Nathan our guide was brilliant! I would highly recommend them if you want to get out and about a bit. Cons: Rooms could do with a refurb', they are showing a little wear & tear but have everything you need or want. Bathroom as above, but need a refurb' more! Not really good enough for a 5* with a few issues (bulbs – leaking fittings in the shower) but not enough to really complain about (and I didn’t ) Pros: The STAFF!! Everyone we met was wonderful, happy and always seemed happy to see you – a special few to note: Ana at reception – made booking in a pleasure after a very long trip, very informative and helpful, best check-in I have ever experienced! Nelson at the pool bar – made the place a happy place to be! Couldn’t ask for better! Lajara at the Little Fondue restaurant & his staff (sorry didn’t remember the ladies names) were fantastic!! Made our visits very special – thank you! Frank and his sister (sorry no name again) from the entertainment crew – they both put so much effort into it and never let the smile slip! Always had plenty of energy. I will hopefully return soon. Many thank for giving me a wonderful first experience of the Dominican Republic.

  Best adults only in Punta Cana

  We love this small boutique property. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation, then this is your place. Nelson runs the main pool bar. He is one of a kind. José Lajara at Le Petite Fondue is our favorite! He takes such good care of us! Emilio at the lobby bar is a hoot. Very funny. We have been here 5 times and have never been disappointed. Beach is beautiful, even though a lot of seaweed this year. They had it combed and picked up by 1pm. There is a sister property that yoh have access to. They have a coffee and ice cream shop. A quick 5 minute ride. Overall a gem of a resort due to the great staff.

  Our 8th stay at the Punta Cana Princess!

  My husband and i just returned last night from this resort. It was an amazing vacation. We are already looking forward to going back again! It is an adults only resort with only 200+ rooms. It is layed out in such a way that nothing is far to get to. Whether it’s the beach, pool, restaurants, room - all are just a short walk between. The grounds are beautifully landscaped so a pleasure to walk through. The staff are the best! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Alexander Gomez in guest services is your go-to person. Always helpful and always greets you with his beautiful smile. They have activities in the pool and on the beach. Also yoga stretches under a beautiful shady spot on the grounds. Nightly entertainment with the animation team in the lobby. Dinners in the buffet have a different theme each night. The four restaurants on site do not require reservations. They rotate opening- so you just need to check which ones are open each evening. The restaurant close to the beach doubles for a buffet/snack bar open 24 hours. The bar there also is open 24 hours - you will never go hungry or thirsty there. This resort has a beautiful beach front and everywhere you look - beautiful palm trees. You can rest and relax and never feel rushed here. You also have access to the sister resort next door. For dinners there you do need to book through our guest services. They have restaurants, a coffee shop, ice cream shop, sports bar too. You get the best of both worlds. I love visiting there for a meal and coming back to the peace and tranquility of our resort! Some will say the rooms need to be updated, the pool resurfaced too but the rooms are always clean and bright and Carlos can be found diligently cleaning and caring for the pool daily. We go for the size of the resort, adult only option , the wonderful staff and the amazing beach steps away from your room. Also the huge pool with bar and Nelsen serving you with a huge grin on his face and wonderful attitude. The beds and pillows are comfortable too. We can’t ask for more than that 😁

  Not bad, but could use improvement

  This resort was small, quiet, and relaxing. Food was pretty good even though we had the runs every day (did not drink the water). Would have liked to see more activities and night time entertainment. All staff members worked very hard and were very friendly. Rooms were nice but in dire need of repairs and updating. My biggest complaint is the bathrooms in the rooms. Get rid of the gross whirlpool tubs and the glass dividers between toilet and shower. I am not a big person, but that toilet stall is WAY TOO SMALL. The water also leaks from the shower area to the rest of the bathroom and there is lots of mildew. One last suggestion is to offer ALL arriving guests a welcome drink (not just the VIP guests). That small gesture goes a long way!
