We stay at the princess yukutan from 12th-19th October 2025. Javier reyes 5* was our bell boy. Thoroughly recommend. We had a lovely holiday.

Great vacation
First and foremost Mar is the best entertainer, I met her playing archery, she is a good teacher and tells us to "focus man" she has a great personality and is funny. Israel, he is a bellhop, always remembers your name and greets me every morning Staying at the Platinum Yucatan was an amazing experience and everyone that works there is pleasant and great to speak with. I would definitely come back Only downside was the animals mainly the coatis, easily open your sliding door of unlocked. Restaurants were good if you like Japanese, Italian and a tex Mex grill, never tried Aroma, wasn't a fan of the menu. Buffet has a different theme each day which was good

Great Experience
Javier Reyes was exceptionally welcoming. He was always very pleasant even throughout the week. He took us to our room and picked up all of our luggage in and out!!! What a great guy. Always smiling!!!!!

Great get away
Great place to stay! Bell Boy Javier Reyes was the best!! Swim out room was great. Just keep patio door locked or you may have a coati on your bed. I’ll attach picture to this.

Javier is the prince !!! Of the princess !!!
Javier reyes (Bell man) greeted us at the gate helped us to the room and told us everything we needed to know from food to fun!!! Because of him we were able to maximize the week we stayed. Great guy full of information very genuine and caring. Great food, service and well thought out. Great restaurants and clean landscaping. I’ll look for Javier when i come back next year!!
