Great stay
We recently stayed at this 5-star adults-only resort and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with a clean—though smaller—beach that was perfect for relaxing. The food was plentiful and consistently delicious, and all of the à la carte dinners were outstanding. Two staff members in particular truly made our stay memorable. Fernando, one of our servers, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile. We also want to give a special mention to Javier Reyes, the bell man, whose kindness and professionalism stood out throughout our visit. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

Best vacation ever!!
This was the best all-inclusive experience I’ve ever had! The bellboy Amaury made us feel like VIP when we arrived by giving us a private lift to the sports bar in the sister resort. He truly made our experience memorable (Go Oilers Go!). All the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the resort grounds and the buffet and restaurants were delicious! I would highly recommend getting a swim up room - we never needed to worry about saving a chair by the main pool. I would absolutely go back - perhaps annually 😊

Amazing resort and staff
From the moment we arrived to our check out process the staff have been amazing. There is something for everyone. Concierges Israel and Martin are so warm and welcoming. Our waiter Alfredo at the buffet was fabulous. The Animation Princess crew were top notch...thank you Luna, Mariely, Mar, Hot Chocolate, Rhamses, Louis and Cari. Honestly I wish we could name all the wonderful people. Everyone was great...Will definitely return. Sofia and Cristina
