    Great experience at Paradisus Los Cabos

    This was our first time in Cabo. My husband and I had a great time. All the staff was exceptional and thr food and drinks were great. From the bartenders and waiters at the pool. We also had a couples massage and Deysi and Luna at the front desk were very helpful. And of course Lilia and Monica gave us a great massage and experience. We would like to thank Angel, Miguel and our concierge Diego who were all magnificent with all there help and made us feel welcomed. Until the next time.

    Great food

    Wine tasting with Ramon was outstanding!! Learned about Mexican wines. Tequila tasting was a lot of fun! Ramon is extremely knowledgeable and friendly!

    Beautiful place, average stay

    Beautiful property and friendly employees. We stayed in The Reserve and had a concierge host named Juventino. He was excellent and kept us informed of daily activities as well as getting us reservations for restaurants and pool cabanas. He also took care of any issues or requests we asked for. The room was nice and there was a great selection of different restaurants to choose from. The food was average. The housekeeping could be better, we never knew when and if they were going to clean our room and it seemed to take them a long time. The pool and swim up bar are very nice although I wish it didn’t close so early. I would stay there again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

    Fabulous Stay and Wedding Venue

    We just had my daughter's wedding at Paradisus and it was fabulous all-around. Our guests loved the accommodations and the food. Far better than many all-inclusives. The staff bends over backwards to make your stay pleasant. The wedding details were carried out to perfection. The resort is large enough to offer plenty of food options and activities, but not so large that it's cumbersome to navigate. It was the perfect choice for our wedding.

    Expectations far exceeded!

    This place was exceptional! I think that when it comes to a full service experience this far speeds expectations! We had a concierge who went above and beyond and anticipated our needs for earlier than we expected. Her name was Cristina. When it comes to pool activities, we had a great time and Miguel and the staff were absolutely accommodating and fun as well as the pool bar staff Alex and Max were absolutely attentive and amazing. The spa itself is beautiful. I should hope that anyone would get Yolanda at the spa because she is a great massage therapist. The food was above and beyond delicious and the ice cream and coffee café that is open late was a treat that we never expected! Overall, from the moment that we arrived until the moment that we left, we were taken care of head to toe 24 hours a day. I really look forward to coming back to this place as it was literally the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever been on.
