I had the most amazing time at Palifitos. Great people, great service, great food, great times. From the time you step out of the vehicle, it's top notch service and hospitality with Alberto who welcomes u home, greets you by name every time he sees you. We stayed im the overwater bungalows with service from Janet and Aldo. Whatever we needed they tried their best 2 make it happen. It's what vacations are make of. I will be back!!!

Must Stay in Cancun!
Our experience overall was great! The resort itself was amazing. The food is great and waters are clean. Our butlers Enrique and Daniel made sure we had everything we needed. We've stayed at other resorts in other countries and Mexico by far has some of the highest hospitality standards. Everyone is always very friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you're having a great experience. A few of the staff members that also really stood out were Alvaro, Alberto, and Octavio, Adan. They all made our experience much more memorable. They went above and beyond with their service and the hospitality they provided. We definitely look forward to coming back and staying here again!

Beautiful escape to Palafitos

Worth the wait.
Such a wonderful place for an anniversary/babmoon trip. Our butlers, Pilar and William, were so attentive! The food everywhere was fantastic. The room service, Palafitos restaurant and everything we had at El Dorado Maroma. Definitely worth waiting 10 years to go!
