Pura Vida vacay
We had a nice and relaxing time. The staff is very helpful from the front desk all the way through the resort. JJ at the excursion desk was excellent, we truly enjoyed all including the massage. We will visit again along with friends and family.

Review
The air conditioner in the room is very weak. The ceiling fan also operates at a very low speed. It is very hot and difficult to sleep. Also, the food quality was not good. Many of the buffet and snack dishes were cold. The heaters used to keep the food warm did not work well which was why the food was cold. I also paid for airport pickup but no one was there to pick us up. I had to pay $60 for taxi. The hotel did NOT refund my money and placed the blame for the missed pickup on me. They said I should have emailed them the day before however, no one from the hotel emailed me until the day of arrival and I responded to the email promptly.
