    Best drinks at Barcelo

    Carlos Lopez and Fatima are the best!!!! Highly to visit the pool car at Barcelo. They make great cocktails and coffee drinks.

    We stayed here 10 days and our over all stay was good , The property is very clean the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great pool area good sized rooms , The Restaurants have great food the only thing we would like is for the Buffet to be open later than 6pm if you don't want to go to the other restaurants.

    Overall, a verry nice place to stay, one of the best I have staid over the years in Riviera Maya. definitely will be returning again in the near future. for sure our got too place.

    Enjoy the resort!

    We spent 10 days at the Barcelo Tropical at the premium level. 1st floor was really nice, but this was our 8 visit here and it is beginning to show that the upkeep is not going on in the rooms. Patio door track was not secured down, tripped out the door, the track to the toilet not maintained very dirty. Our fridge and snacks were only filled once. We had to go get our own water bottles, yes I expect to have it refilled! I paid for the perk. Now the tropical lunch Buffett has an amazing waiter, beautiful smile and always ready for us to sit and remembered the drink order! Lois Motto!!!! Amazing service. The La Trattoria Italian Restaurants food was good, but yet again a superior Waiter, Juan Reyes(2) an older gentleman, had the hustle of a young man. Very courteous, kind, recommended dishes, and a great sense of humor. The Spa was a bit put out that the hot tub was down. Had gotten a bit warmer within the week. I had rotator cuff repair so was wanted to use it for some PT. But the rest of the Hydro Spa was great.
