They are so amazing , so kind and hospitable food are awsome and beach is clean , so quiet and good to unwind , you can drink everything even buffet was like 5 star hotels , dancers and showes and activities are amazing we, me and my friends had a wonderful vacation , i recommend you to come to April and I like Saona island

Wonderful stay at Melia Punta Cana
The hotel is absolutely beautiful - the grounds, the restaurants, the lobby - just stunning, well maintained and clean. We stayed in the Level section and the staff were all kind, friendly and truly amazing. Our concierge was Juan and he was great. He checked in with us every day and took care of everything we asked him to do. He was lovely to deal with. I highly recommend the Melia Punta Cana Level section.Wonder

This is beautiful large resort. The pools are awesome and the beach lovely . Some seaweed issues but kept clean . Quick and easy to catch a shuttle to go from one end of resort to other. We stayed Level and would do so again. The biggest downfall was lack of dining choices . Quimera and Moui had excellent service and food . The buffets were plentiful but often food was cold and service was hit and miss. ( we also prefer al a cartes, others loved the buffets). Our concierge Juan was top notch ! 5 stars for him. He promptly made all our dinner reservations upon request. Happily answered any questions. Checked in with us everyday. A couple small problems we had , just a quick message to Juan and things were rectified quickly!!

A romantic, fun filled, stress free and feeling like I was living the life of the rich and famous. In body and mind.
From the elegant architecture, tasteful design and attentive staff, I felt like I spent a week in paradise. Upon arrival being shuttled to the second floor, treated like royalty, and a week of being showered with kindness, good food, clean amenities, no stress. This all-inclusive and the option of Level Wellness was a great choice. My hubby and I travelled with two other couples and we all had a great time. Our concierge, Juan was over the top amazing!! He takes care of you and treats you like family. The spacious and comfy layout of the pools, special bars - with better liquor- option of massages included, location of the room in a Villa close to the beach, pleasant and competent staff made our stay- extra special. Having access to healthy drinks and activities such as yoga, pool exercise, meditation, painting workshops, a calm quiet atmosphere and lots of spots to chill was good for the soul. There were plenty of options to dance, meet other people, enjoy entertainment, take a bike tour of neighboring properties or book a boat tour and snorkel and see some of the beauty of the Island. The rooms were clean, classy and comfortable and the porch was delightful for sitting day and night. Room is stocked daily with water, etc. Lots of options for food (8 out of 10) and loved the cooked to order at the buffets. No one bothers you and you can relax or gravitate to the fun spots. Shuttles at your service, spa was pure heaven, service was impeccable. Sexy, classy, clean resort for relaxing and rejuvenating. Highly recommend and will return.

Amazing resort with excellent service
I had such an amazing time at Meliá Punta Cana. Everything was perfect. My room was spacious and beautiful. I had a balcony overlooking the grounds. I was in the middle. Close to the restaurants and spa and close to the beach. I loved the yoga classes and participated in several classes. The food was amazing, the drinks were great. I travelled solo and highly recommend it. It’s very safe. The customer service was outstanding everywhere I went. Jeisel Garcia’s customer service was top notch. Very professional and friendly. The beach is groomed daily, lots of chairs. I didn’t stay in the level but didn’t need to. I had everything I needed.
