Can't fault it, absolutely amazing. Yes, there is no beach anymore but they certainly make up for it. Angel and the entertainment team, and every member of staff are amazing. They just really want you to have fun. Especially at the Foam Pool Party

We made the reservation on MexVax at a very good price. When we arrived, the check-in was very quick. Positive aspects: The facilities are very beautiful and modern. The staff has an excellent attitude towards customer service; very friendly. Negative aspects are: Few dining options, both for breakfast (only 1 restaurant), lunch (only 2 restaurants with nearly the same menu), and dinner (out of 4 restaurants, only 2 were open each night). The room service menu, with only 4 dishes, is very limited. The drinks are of very low quality, and the limited bottles they have of medium quality run out quickly and are not restocked, so you have to beg the food and beverage manager to restock them. Examples include Bacardi White, Torres 10, Licor 43, and Modelo Negra beer. It doesn't have a beach. The animation team offers very few activities during the day at the pool—volleyball at 11, water aerobics at 12, and only one activity at 3 pm in the pool afterward.

What a fantastic holiday
From the moment of arriving at the hotel, we were assisted with our bags and given a margarita ice pop, which was very welcome after a long day of travel, The lobby is beautifully air-conditioned and very modern. We were given a fantastic room overlooking the pool, the room itself is immaculate very spacious. The air-conditioning is absolutely perfect. It comes with a fridge coffee machine and large bed, with shampoos, conditioners etc, excellent speaker for music and large tv. All of the establishments we ate in for food were very easy to book and all of high-quality and particularly liked the speciality restaurants where it felt like we were paying for a normal luxury meal from the welcome you get by the butlers who check you into the restaurant and the service you get in there to be able to try any dishes you like along with any sauces and the drink quality is exceptional, some mention smaller portions which is welcome if having starter, main and desert but can also request more than one of anything. There is daily entertainment around the pool area I want to give special thanks to Angel (the sunglasses and endless energy at water aerobics plus funny Spanish lessons) Angelo (great fun doing cocktail making and even DJ and other games) and Mariel (at nearly every event/volleyball and made the games fun always made people feel included and welcome) we did everything from volleyball to Spanish lessons and even cocktail making (Daniel bar man was so much fun and excellent). All the games we played were fun we were made to feel very welcome unlike some resorts where there is pressure to take part. This was very relaxed and welcoming very friendly people and are a credit to your resort and work so hard. Everyone works hard at the hotel from cleaners to groundskeepers to maintance constantly working on repairing and cleaning and making sure the property is perfect all round The resort is very safe and the vibe is fun it is a nice touch that you get given credits in order to select the items you would like to take back to your mini bar. It ranges from crisps to beers to soft drinks and chocolate. The salted rim bar in the evening is exceptionally relaxing with saxophone players and singers. All of the cocktails are fantastic with premium spirits used, with excellent mixology anything you would like is made with a smile and without a problem. Also the waitress service around the pool was exceptional think the lady’s name was Adriana along with Laura in Landshark who also looked after us so well great staff members and took stress out of ordering drinks make it relaxing for us. The foam party on a Saturday was incredibly fun, all the stuff taken apart made it great, lots of foam, margarita shots out of a machine, excellent music and atmosphere My only suggestions for improvement, although I can’t guarantee this is like this all the time Land shark bar sometimes became very hot in the evening making it feel slightly uncomfortable The beer is continually on draft around the bars when served in plastic glasses it is sometimes a little flat The pool flooring is very abrasive and causes sore toes when playing water games not sure if there is some matting as a solution. Other than that a fantastic resort with amazing staff don’t think we encountered anyone who wasn’t friendly or professional all always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble when asking for anything which is refreshing for an all inclusive we met some great people at the hotel and will be planning on returning which is what most others said too. Angel was amazing his energy was the life of the party!!! The whole trip he made sure to keep the party going!!! 🥳 the resort was great..
