I had the pleasure of being served by Gibran, victor, Luis and Angel during my recent visit to the lobby bar, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I sat down, they were attentive, professional, and incredibly personable. Their knowledge of the drink menu was impressive—they recommended a custom cocktail based on my preferences, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. What stood out most was ability to manage a busy bar while still making every guest feel welcome and well cared for. They were fast without rushing, friendly without being overbearing, and their positive energy created a fantastic atmosphere. If you're looking for top-tier service and someone who truly elevates the bar experience, look no further. These guys is a true asset to the team, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of them.

Service with Carlos was amazing!
Carlos was absolutely fantastic! He engaged with our group with humour and kept our wine glasses full. He connected with us and gave great suggestions for drinks too. He remembered all of our names too. Thank you Carlos for amazing service!

Salted Rim Bartenders
Victor, Gibran, Luis, and Angel at the Salted Rim were the best bartenders around! Every drink was on point, professionally made!!!!! I would highly recommend getting all your drinknwith this crew!!!!! My most recommended drink would be the fire shots!

Best bar at the resort
The best bartender at Salted Rim bar - Gibran, Victoria, Luis , and Angel!!!!. Los mejores. Drinks were the best at the resort. 10/10 recommend. I can’t wait to be back and get more of their delicious drinks!!!!!!!!! Viva Mexico!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing resort!
Beautiful resort, Our butler’s Karen and Mariel was the best. Irwin at the License to Chill was always on top of things and was very pleasant. Ericka was a top notch waitress that kept the drinks coming all day long! This was our second stay at this resort and it was great !
