Nov 06, 2025Phenomenal Staff, Great Food, Extremely Scenic. 5/5 Stars, Planning on Returning.
This was honestly such a fun time. I thought I'd stay and just lounge about in my room or at the pool, but there were a ton of different, fun activities to do. They had something for almost every hour of the day: archery, karaoke, bingo, lotteria, water aerobics, volleyball, and more. We also came during Halloween and Dia de Los Muertos so they had some special events for that. If none of those enticed you though, you could always just stay by the pool or by the beach. It's extremely picturesque to be here and every day felt like a blessing. The food was also superb. It was really nice that they allowed for substitutions if needed and always asked if you had allergies. They were also willing to make accomodations for your meals if you found any issues while eating. Room service is 24/7 which is a godsend, though there always so much good food being served during the day. Conveniently, it's Live Aqua 's across from a shopping center in case you need anything! Lastly, the staff was extremely friendly. Special shout-out to Daniel, Jhohnny, Eduardo, Naomi, Alan, Viri, Pablo, Ricky, Leon, and Ludin for their extra care, attention, and love! I highly recommend attending if you can and exploring all the different things they have available.

Best resort
Staying at Live Aqua was an incredible experience. It was our first time visiting, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The resort itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, offering a calm and luxurious atmosphere throughout. The food was consistently delicious—every meal hit the spot, with great variety and quality. A huge highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from our butlers, Maggie and Eladio. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. From checking in on us regularly to helping us find the best activities both inside and outside the resort, they made everything effortless. Their warmth and genuine care made us feel like family, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The beach was stunning, with clear water and plenty of space to relax. We also loved the daytime entertainment—fun, engaging, and a great way to enjoy the energy of the resort. Overall, Live Aqua delivered an amazing experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Best all inclusive I’ve ever been too!
The service was amazing! It exceeded our expectations at every level! We had wonderful butlers (Stephany and Ernesto), the waitstaff in every area were exceptional. I had a fantastic massage in the spa as well. The grounds and inside areas were beautifully maintained. I have had many all inclusive vacations and Live Aqua has been the best.

Wonderful honeymoon experience
We had the most amazing honeymoon at Live Aqua Cancún! The food, atmosphere, and all the staff were incredible. It was so beautiful there and everyone was so nice. We went at a really cool time when we got to celebrate both Halloween and Dia de los Muertos there, which they went all out for. The event staff, especially Ricky, Ludin, Mariana, and Pablo made our trip so special with their amazing daily activities. It was only Pablo's first week working there when we came, but he jumped in and did an amazing job with the activities. They knew us very quickly and always went the extra mile. We will miss them and Live Aqua!

Best Cancún Stat
This place was a hidden gem. We have stayed at several hotels in Cancun and this one was the best one yet! Sand, Beach, Great Food and most importantly great service and entertainment, Cental location right across from the mall. Carlos and Arturo our butlers went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taking care of. Ricky Ricardo was a great addition - very entertaining. Highly recommend this place, we will be back soon:)
