Apr 28, 2025Excellent vacation at Live Aqua with friends
We are a group of 4 couples who travel together for over 20 years. This was our first trip to Live Aqua and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were perfect for us with ocean views; the food was really good and lots of variety. And there are many swimming pools to choose from. We upgraded to butler service and are very glad we did. The butlers are an excellent resource and so helpful. Also they can make dinner reservations which is a big plus. We also had access to a private lounge with food and drinks. We highly recommend Live Aqua and will definitely return.

Live Aqua is a beautiful resort where guests are always greeted with a warm, friendly face from the staff. The entertainment team went above and beyond to ensure guests were engaged and having fun with various activities. The Italian restaurant, however, was a bit lackluster. On the other hand, MB was highly recommended by other guests as one of the top dining choices — and it definitely had a level of sophistication. Unfortunately, my experience there was marred by an unexpected encounter with a roach that appeared on my table while I was eating. While the manager responded quickly and showed genuine concern, the damage was already done. I couldn’t finish my meal, which was unfortunate because the steak was very good. Coming from the U.S. and having looked forward to this trip, it was disappointing to have such an experience tarnish an otherwise beautiful stay.

Great experience!
Romero and Eladio were fantastic! Resort was amazing! No complaints! Service was fantastic, food was delicious - breakfast buffet was 10/10! The club Lounge was worth it - Bring an insulated cup for drinks by the pool to keep your drinks cold.

Loving Live Aqua!!
The service at the cabanas was excellent by Edouard. He made sure we had shade when we wanted it and towels when we wanted them. Also wonderful service by Cesar and Luisa at the pool with food and drinks! I am already planning my next trip back to Live Aqua!

Paradise @ Live Aqua
The best part of our stay was made with the help from our butlers Maggie & Aurturo they were very helpful, beyond expectations. The beach was beautiful & clean. There are many food choices I think even picky eaters can find something. The beds were a little firm for us but the rooms are nice. The Aqua club is a must. The foot massages were so relaxing. Another plus is location, La Isla Mall right across the street. Enjoy.
