The resort was beautiful, clean, room service was fantastic. The room itself was magical. The food was good, the drinks were good, staff was good. Particularly Angelo D who was our server/bartender on the beach and main pool. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and always had drinks. Highly recommend him. I would only have 2 complaints. One of our off resort excursions was to ride horses. We were told it was a ride were we would ride down to the beach (which is what we wanted) we rode for 15 min on a small trail at a tourist park of some sort. It was not fun. The second would be the sales people on the beach. But other than that it was a very good trip.

Exceptionally good all-inclusive resort. Our butler Ivan took really good care of us. Joel, Francisco, Julio, and Rosa we above and beyond for us at the restaurants. Joel and Miguel took care of us hanging out around the main pool which was great to gather in with friends around the tables in the water and enjoy the shade provided by the restaurant above. Red made the entertainment really fun. The beach view is well taken care of and looks beautiful like a postcard. We had such a great experience and would highly recommend this resort.

Best experience at Live Aqua Punta Cana
Amazing facilities, great service, good food and drinks, excellent beach. The overall experience was amazing. Special thanks to PEDRO TOMAS (Mayordomo), always ready for any request. At Liberi restaurant, Super DARIO! Every morning offering the best service, always smiling. At the beach, Joshua and Angelo, so kind and responsive.

The most amazing honeymoon! Personal butler Eric was incredible!! So kind and attentive!!
This was the most magical honeymoon vacation ever!! Our personal butler, Eric, made sure everything was perfect and took care of us incredibly! Everything was so luxurious and made us feel so special. Truly paradise!!

Great couples trip
We had a great time at Live Aqua! First of all everything is squeaky clean and thier housekeeping staff does a great job. Also the staff is super friendly and helpful. We ordered room service twice and Pablo remembered us and delivered it with charm and a smile, he was awesome! This is my second stay and I would definitely come back! Also food is yum!
