I wish I had something nice to say. My stay was horrible!!! Check in was horrible I never received a tour and the butler service was pretty much nonexistent. The room had a mild smell of mildew.Food was very scarce and always served cold. I met my butler on maybe the third morning of being on the resort she didn’t even know my name or my room number. For the amount of money I spent to stay and vip access I would have expected better service. I’m really disappointed. So if you’re looking for a five star resort this is not the place.Also please don’t get roped into a travel club promotion 60 minutes seminar!!! Why would I pay 300 a month to use a website to receive horrible service.Ladies and gentleman save your money.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, with a magnificent design that creates an immediate sense of elegance and comfort. The rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff is exceptionally kind and pleasant, always ready to help with a smile and make you feel welcome. Ivan, who was assigned to our family, was exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout our stay. I would also like to recognize Joshua and Angelo from the beach staff, who were particularly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist. Their warm attitude truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Only the quality of the à la carte restaurants was mediocre, but the buffet was very good, with plenty of variety and consistently fresh options.

Amazing week at Live Aqua with friends
We stayed here for 1 week Nov 16-23, 2025 with 6 friends (4 couples). My husband and I got a free upgrade which included a butler - likely because I’m a travel agent and had emailed in advance to ask if the 8 of us could be close together. They put us in building 2, floor 2 (2204) beside the lobby building. We had a pool view room and our friends all had the garden view rooms down the hall. The rooms are amazing. Big with a king bed, couch, seating area, amazing closet space, biggest shower I’ve ever seen and all balconies have a jacuzzi tub and bed on them! Mini bar is stocked with beer, water, pop and some snacks. There are 4 dinner restaurants plus a buffet which is phenomenal. The Italian and French restaurants were the best in our opinion. Also did Japanese with the tepinyaki experience and ordered off the menu the second time. The Mexican restaurant was also good. The buffet for brunch and lunch was great! Think high end buffet - not feeding time at the zoo buffet. Entertainment staff are great and offer stretch and yoga, aqua fit, zumba, dance classes and other activities daily. The shows at night start at 9:30 and are short but good. The Michael Jackson show was great ! Also live entertainment and karaoke was fun. There’s a dance bar but we never made it there. The neon party on the beach was really great. The beach is amazing. We had access to VIP area but never used it as we were with our friends. Not a lot of beach beds but if you go by 9am you’re fine. Lots of palapas which are great for shade or when it rains. Only complaint was the broken beds on the beach. We had yellow flags all week and sometimes seaweed but the ocean was amazing once you get in. They do a great job with seaweed and keeping it cleaned up at Live Aqua. Not so much down the beach. This was our first true “adults only” all inclusive and it was awesome! Swim up main pool with music or quieter pools if you want. Great places to eat lunch at the ocean. Lots of bars all around. Service is fantastic. Especially on the beach ! Will definitely come back to Live Aqua and highly recommend for couples or groups of friends. If you have butler service, Alexis was fantastic!

away from reality even for a week
The beach was clean every morning which I appreciated. Restaurants was really good except the morning buffet. Staff was awesome too. Jefferson and Dario was attentive,. wish all of them was like that. My premium garden view was other building in construction. Which was disappointing.

Amazing
The entertainment team was amazing, they bring all the fun everywhere. Yohan and Jesus are the best! Their creativity is unbelievable. I hope to see them in all my visits <3
