Currently here staying in a swim-up suite pool view. Recommend block 6 for easy access to the main pool and beach and quieter in the evenings. Sun from lunchtime in the swim up pool. Wonderful stay so fat. As a solo female I have felt completely safe and welcomed. Special thanks to Joel at the main pool bar who has ensured I am always fully stocked with drinks and any food requests. He is a delight with his warm smile, professional but friendly service and nothing us to much trouble. A real credit to the team here. Also huge thank you to Fernando who has been fabulous with his morning stretching/yoga on the beach and getting me in the pool to join in on the spin bikes to burn off the calories from all the delicious food I have been indulging in! The creme brulee from Chez Rose is delightful if you have a sweet tooth- the best dessert here (I have tried a good variety and is only area that could do with some improvement - us English love our desserts). A thank you to Heidi too who always greets with a smile and enthusiasm. Highly recommend staying here - perfect holiday. So clean and tidy and everything thought of. Not felt awkward staying or dining here once.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Punta Cana
Best time hands down!! My husband and I went for strictly R &R and we been there 3 times and each time we go we are satisfied and happy. I had great kitchen staff who tended to us everyday day .. Salvador and the crew: Linda, Yairis, Nathaly, Hannel was very attentive to our needs and very accommodating. Jahndy and Francisco from Chez Rose was very gracious enough to set up a romantic dinner for me and my husband and I was surprised and delighted to see that they went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable dinner date . We had a butler and his name was Alexis and he was the most amazing person. He tended to our needs and was very understanding and accessible to all our needs, wonder and awesome person. This resort has never always left me happy and satisfied and their spa staff who gave our massages had fingers from heaven. We have recommended Live Aqua punta Cana to our friends and to you all !

Relaxing, exciting and perfect.
Absolutely the best vacation ever! Yohangel, Pedro, Berlyn, Salvador, Manuel and Greilyn are the staff to look for when going to breakfast, lunch or dinner in any one of the many restaurants on site. Hospitality and customer service is top notch. Whatever you need or want they are there to make sure your dining experience at Aqua Live is the best. I am definitely going back in March. We had a blast. The resort is beautiful, clean and well maintained. I felt safe and welcomed. You can not go wrong if you vacation here. We booked excursions via the resort and had the best time. Such a positive experience. Don’t forget to go to the Spa. Juan, Belkis and Maria will take care of you!

Our great experience at Live Aqua DR
We had the best time….the crew that we saw first thing every morning made our days start in a most special way!! Pavel,Salvador, Linda, Yairis, Dario, and Keiri all waited on us in the dining areas…..they were so personable….even remembered our room numbers…always spoke to us!! This place was so warm and friendly…we will definitely be going back!!

Amazing stay with great room, food & service!!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Live Aqua as a romantic getaway. The room was fantastic, especially the swim up. Do garden view for privacy and pool view to be closer to the party. The food was incredible. The service across the board was also amazing! A special thanks to our fantastic butler Eric. He was always a single text away for any request, yet gave us space we wanted to enjoy our vacation. The Aqua Club is definitely worth it with service like Eric’s!
