We’ve travelled to a few high end places, and this is one of our favorites. The service is top notch. The butler service where you can whatsapp any services or questions is awesome. Thank you to Gabriela and Laura, they are amazing. They are so fast to reply and set up any activities (which xcaret has plenty of fun ones we enjoyed). Everyone, including the drivers, tour people, etc are so friendly and kind. The room is stunning. The ceilings are incredibly high, we have never had a room that even comes close. It creates a super luxurious feel for the room. The shower is the best we have ever had. The view is incredible. Many mornings we would just be in awe of the beautiful ocean view and enjoy a nice room service with coffee. This was our first all inclusive, so not sure how their food stacks up to other all inclusives. Wish it was a bit better though. But everything else was an 11 out of 10. Would recommend anyone to visit! Was a true pleasure to stay here.

Best hotel in Cancun
We spent a week in La Casa de la Playa and it was an amazing experience. It is the best hotel in Cancun. The hotel is very calm. The room was beautiful, the spa was amazing too and our butlers Kiyoshi and David were very helpful and welcoming!

A perfect paradise vacation! Wow is all I can say.
The most perfect vacation ever. Amazing food, beautiful views, and the service was unbelievable! My butlers Kiyoshi and David were incredible. They assisted us with everything from making reservations to delivering me chocolate ice cream after the chocolate bar closed for the night. My only negative would be to avoid a pedicure. In the US we’d call it a polish change (I share this in hopes the spa will improve this service to include water, callus filing, and a leg massage as expected at spas I’ve visited around the US) . Other than that minor disappointment, the vacation could not have been more perfect! My husband and I are already planning our next trip. We do not think we can ever vacation to another resort. Casa de la Playa sets the bar so high we know other resorts will be a disappointment. I hope to see my butlers next year!

World class experience
Our experience at La Casa De La Playa was outstanding. From the views, restaurants, service, suites, to our incredible friends, David and Kioyshi. They were not only helpful, but caring, professional, knowledgeable, and paid so much attention to detail. They made me feel like I was the most important guest! Their service was impeccable! This was a world class experience and I’m looking forward to many more visits! Highly recommend this beautiful resort.

Amazing service
The service was great, our butlers David and Kiyoshi were espectacular. They help with our daily itinerary, reservations, transport, even got a dominos table. The property is a dream, incredible pools with swim up bars. Restaurants were amazing, great food
