  Joia was a Joy!

  Just returned home on September 9th. Joia Bavaro was beautiful! The staff was warm , friendly, professional, and provided great service. The food was delicious, including the room service and the restaurants. The steak house was our favorite, along with the buffet at breakfast and dinner. The drink selection was perfect. Ingred in the cigar bar made my favorite drinks. The level of care and quality was next level. The bar tenders in the pool, including Lele and Jacinto, always remembered what we like. The pools were beautiful and we always found a seat, even at 11am. The entertainment was good, especially the fire show. This place is a hidden gem where the staff makes you feel special and cared for. I had a peaceful feeling all week. It was an epic 2nd year anniversary trip! If you don't need to use your coupons and are not planning to go to the spa, just let Victor know from the start so that he doesn't ask you more than once.

  The best gateway ever!!!!

  We stayed at this resort for 6 days and everything and everyone was great. They made us feel comfortable from the minute they picked us up from the airport to minute they drop us off. All bartenders, entertainment, servers, concierges, cooks were so friendly. I’m sorry for not remembering everyones name but thank you Yeli, sugar, chocolate, black mamba, yordiana, lely, jacinto, daniel, JUAN, ROMAN Y FRANCIS. Thank you ALL for treating us like family.   Excellent Resort !!

  All staff, butlers, waitstaff, front dest, bartenders , and especially concierge Yocaira were absolutely AMAZING!! The resort is beautiful and well cared for. Rooms are comfy and lovely. Had a awesome time and will be planning a return trip.

  Another Wonderful Stay at Joia Bravaro!

  This was our second time staying at Joia Bravaro, and it was just as fantastic as the first. The staff truly make this resort special. We were lucky enough to have the same butler both times—Jose—and he is absolutely wonderful. A big shout-out also goes to Angel in the gym. His boot camp classes are high-energy, fun, and the perfect balance to indulging in extra donuts or enjoying the all-inclusive drinks! The bar staff is incredible as well. At the main pool bar, Leiy amazed us by remembering our favorite drinks after just one day and kept them flowing with a smile. In the evenings, we would always find our way to Branado, an excellent bartender who we happily tracked down when he switched bars—his cocktails were worth it! For those who love golf, the course here is top-notch and beautifully maintained. While we’re not huge beach people, it’s worth noting that during sargassum season, the seaweed can get pretty heavy. The resort staff do their best to keep things clean, and it’s not just limited to this beach—it affects the whole area. As for dining, the French and steakhouse restaurants were our favorites, offering delicious meals and great atmosphere. Overall, Joia Bravaro continues to be a place we look forward to returning to. Between the friendly staff, fun activities, and great food, it makes for the perfect getaway!
