  Over the top

  Ari & Sergio made our trip with their personal touches, exuberant energy, and fun spirits. They even made my husband and I bracelets that we’re still wearing and don’t ever want to take off. ALL the food at this place was exceptional, and I’ll be thinking about it forever. In addition to Ari & Sergio, Jazmin, Miguel, Gabriella, Felix, Daniella, Giovanni, and all of the entertainment team were just simply amazing. You can tell they all love their jobs, are happy to be there, and ENJOY making everyone’s trips better. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Book it.

  Amazing honeymoon

  Sergio, ari, jazime,Miguel, Gabriella, Felix, Daniele, Giovanni and all of entrainment team are phenomenal representatives of the Secrets brand and full of knowledge about the entire operation. They produced multiple activities throughout the day that kept the guests involved and excited every day of the week! Would highly recommend anyone staying to give them an opportunity to enhance your experience!!!

  One of our favourite adults only vacations in Mexico

  The room was amazing, the service was excellent and the hotel and pools were very well laid out and original. Room: We paid extra for a suite and preferred club which were both worth the extra money, in our opinion. We ended up with one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in after 20+ all inclusive vacations. Service: We found all staff very friendly and truly seemed to care whenever there was any small issue. Juan was great at Ember restaurant as was the manager. Spa: we rarely pay for a massage at the spas at all inclusives but sometimes do the water circuit, depending on price. We splurged and paid for a massage and were invited to do the water circuit beforehand and included in the cost of the massage. All aspects of the spa were excellent and pretty close to worth the cost. Pools: the pools were unique and very well laid out. We enjoyed all of them but spent most of our time near the very large quiet pool area. Entertainment: the entertainment was excellent and one of the best we have seen in our dozen plus visits to Mexico, We particularly enjoyed the live singers who played at dinner time. The music travelled toward the many restaurants and carried well from the amphitheater and across the pool water. The musicians were excellent. The fire show was top notch as well. Preferred club pool: the roof top preferred club pool area was excellent. Food was great and service was as well: the infinity pool overlooking the resort and the beach was well laid out as well. Food/Restaurants: The preferred club rooftop restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch but sometimes became busy at peak times. We really enjoyed Ember restaurant, the street tacos were excellent and we enjoyed the Italian restaurant and the Mexican. We were unable to get habachi reservations at the Japanese restaurant unfortunately. The fish tacos at SeaSoul beachside restaurant at lunch were great. We ordered room service once and the wings arrived cold. We also ordered a burger poolside but it came fairly uncooked and cold. We did not need to make reservations for dinner beforehand, which was nice, but then had to wait quite a while one night for Ember and were not able to get habachi table seats which required reservations. We heard from a few people that reservations could be made at all restaurants if you pre booked a bottle of wine, at an extra cost, for your dinner. If there was one area for improvement at the hotel, it would be consistency of the quality of the food and wait time to get seated. Seats by the pool: The quantity of seats and the quality were excellent when compared with other all inclusives we have been to. Overall: This was one of our favourite all inclusives we have been to in Mexico, or anywhere. I would rank it right there with Unico, Le Blanc, Secrets The Vine, and Moon Palace (which we liked more with our four teenage kids). We would highly recommend this Secrets property and would consider returning even though we like exploring new properties.

  Favorite Resort

  Secrets Moxche is still one of my favorite resorts. The restaurants , service , staff activities, pools, are excellent. They have different restaurants then the other secrets. We stayed in the paramount room which was amazing. Waking up to view of the ocean every morning is just amazing. Our concierge staff was outstanding Andrea , Omar and Orlando made sure our accommodations was top notch. They checked on us daily and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries when we first arrived to our room and later received a beautiful arrangement of flowers from Orlando because we kept missing each other and bottle of red wine from Andrea Omar sent me a text every day on the daily activities. They added a silent party on the beach one evening which was so much fun. The activity team was amazing as usual. Very out going and warm. Uziel , Jose, were here last time we were here which we love and also love the new addition to the staff , Cristian, Miguel, Aranza, Gabriela,Jessica, Sergio, Regina,Daniela,Felix (was there last didn't remember him til I heard his voice) Monica,Jazmin. I would like the yoga on the board to come back next I'm there please. Jaime is the best pool attendant you can have and does the best job cleaning your sunglasses. My sunglasses have never been that clean. He was also here the last time i was there. Unfortunately I was not able to go to all the restaurants like last time because there was an hour wait if you didn't go by 6:30 but thanks goodness for the taco cart . That was a great addition . I was sad that bamboo does't offer dinner anymore. The resort should have Bamboo offer dinner again as the waits at the restaurants are simply too long. Bamboo does have excellent fresh vegetables are their salads are amazing. We had lunch at the preferred rooftop and Adrian did an excellent job as did Luis. I loved the Mexican food at the preferred rooftop restaurant Suki restaurant was very good and Roseana did an excellent job on helping us pick our meal and the miso cheesecake yummy and i love how Roseana pronounce her R's Our only bad experience was David a UVC membership rep who asked us if we would like to visit Impressions and made an appointment with him for the next morning. He took us to the darkened steakhouse restaurant where you could barely see and then snuck out while we were talking to the rep he introduced us to. Then we were told the only tour we will have is of the rooftop of Impressions. It was so frustrating to be mislead and a waste of our morning. I did report him to Miguel who apologized and said he will personally take next time I come. I will still be reporting him to Hyatt.

  Best wedding week!

  My husband and I booked our wedding at the Secrets Moxche! Let me tell you we do not regret a single aspect at all. From the minute we got there everyone was so nice and the resort is stunning. We booked in the preferred club so we had a private check in spot which was nice with its own bar and snacks. Our room was beautiful ( stayed in the Superior Ocean view Preferred club) and they had decorated it for our wedding week which was a wonderful touch! Every day the room was cleaned and the mini bar restocked :) While we had preferred club we could have breakfast at the rooftop bar, but we preferred the main breakfast buffet which was amazing. From avocado toast station, crepe station, taco station, there was so many amazing options. The dinner is first come first serve, I had heard other people having to wait a long time for seat, but honestly they give you buzzers so we just went to the bar or sat by the pool while we waited so it was not bad! The longest I think we waited was 45 mins one night. The remaining nights we didn't wait at all. We have been to All inclusive before and I thought the food at the restaurants was pretty top notch for an all inclusive. Our friends and family were so impressed with the foods and drinks at the resort! There are sooooo many pool options. Because everything is so spaced out with so many options it makes it feel less busy which is nice. There is a pool type for everyone from the quiet pools to the more party pools. Even the beach was nice, of course, you can't avoid seaweed but the do a good job to keep it clean and pick it up throughout the day. In terms of the wedding, we could not imagine a more beautiful day. The resort takes care of all the planning and made it literally the smoothest process. We had our ceremony on the beach and it was beautiful. I was worried about other hotel guests hanging around at the wedding, but everyone was respectful and if they watched it was from a distance! Our ceremony was poolside and it was private for us while we could still enjoy the nice outside weather. We didn't do many of the night time shows, but we did spend a lot of time at the sports bar playing pool or at the golf simulator. As well as, spending time at the Gypsy Club ( the speak easy) which was a total blast! Overall, highly recommend for those just going on vacation or those celebrating there wedding. :)
