    Happy Hours

    I love the staff here!! Did water aerobics with Daniella and Christian, water polo with the whole activities crew, and some volleyball with Christian, Axel, and Jessica. Had a blast and got a key chain (even though I don’t hit the volleyball it hits me). Loved the live music and the blackberry mojitos. The spa and rooftop pool were extremely relaxing (and extra money for your parents😂). I liked the food but the service was slow at times and the waits are long. Overall it was a fun stay and I felt very involved, as the activities staff even learned my name. Had a great time.

    Great resort with adult children

    I took my adult children to this resort for a weeks vacation. The resort is beautiful and the staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. The events staff was great, especially Christian, Axel and Daniela. We had a lot of fun participating especially the water aerobics and pool volleyball. The food was mostly average and service was slow at the restaurants and the wait for a table long. I was also very happy with the service provided by the sales member Jerry, who showed me how beneficial a membership to the vacation club is, especially when our flight home was canceled and we needed to stay an extra day. Overall, I highly recommend this resort.

    Best resort staff!

    We had an amazing time at the Secrets Moxche!! The service was above and beyond. Every restaurant was clean, good food and excellent service. The entertainment team was exceptional. Especially Daniela and Cristian, who were two of the friendliest people we have ever met. They taught us a personalized and very knowledgeable Spanish lesson where we learned so much in the short hour. We were able to walk away with so many phrases and words to use around the resort. The next day Daniela led us through a fun and engaging water volleyball game while Cristian brought the energy with his amazing aerobics class. Every time we see Cristian he was friendly and happy to see us and even remembered our names. These two are the best!!!! Thank you for everything!

    THE ENTERTAINMENT TEAM!

    I love the entertainment team! They are lot of fun! And they always get people to play the games and the are competitive. Which I enjoy. Also our breakfast was great. They would remember us by name and make sure we get the same drinks. I had Rudi he was the best. The entertainment was Aranza, Gabriela, Christian, Sergio, Jose, Daniella, and Jazmin. They made sure we had a great time on the pool!
