    Island haven

    The resort is built into the hill and the views are great from anywhere. The breeze flows through the shady lobby. Popular spot is the rooftop pool and restaurant to look out towards Cancun and watch the beautiful sunsets every night from on high. We had a pair of butlers, Angel and David to take care of anything we might need during our stay, and they supplied excellent service. A short walk takes you to the south end of the island and a golf cart ride to the busy north side.

    Tranquility

    We have been staying at this resort since opening. We have enjoyed this resort for many years. The staff are always so welcoming. The food and beverage service is always right on key. I love the beet and goat cheese salad in the Italian restaurant. The views at the resort are always so tranquil. I will be spending my Christmas and welcoming my New Year at Impressions Isla Mujeres and I am looking forward to being a back at the resort.

    Wonderful experience, great views and staff

    This resort is a gem. Sitting above the waters of the Gulf Of Mexico looking towards Cancun you have amazing views and spectacular sunsets. The staff is always attentive to your needs and are friendly.

    Exceptional Resort! 10 Stars!

    The only superlative is “Wow” that describes this place. From the Staff, the food, the ambience, etc. We have traveled throughout the World and this is definitely our favorite. Ritik, Amy,Carlos at Unik restaurant, Alejandra just to name a few and I apologize for those I left off. All these people including the General Manager Mourad are exceptional at their jobs. We cannot wait to come back to paradise very soon. If you want a truly exceptional experience, please don’t hesitate to visit this beautiful resort and island.

    The best resort on Isla Mujeres

    First time to Isla Mujeres and we chose well. This was my second all-inclusive experience and it far exceeded my expectations. The facilities were amazing, the restaurants top notch, staff incredibly friendly and helpful, location very chill, and bar service exceptional with high-end brands.
