Wow! All I can say is wow!!! From the catamaran ride, the outstanding food (even ordering things not on the menu), and the service, everything was over the top. Did I mention the views???? Unlike anything I've ever seen before!

Fernando gave us the absolute best service in the Unik restaurant! He was so polite and his service was 5 starts! You were amazing Fernando!!!! He gave great menu suggestions and ensured my husband and I had all of our needs attended to.

Exceptional Service
Love this resort! Antonio the concierge at the beds on the ocean is the best! We’ve been to many All Inclusive and never had the top level of service he provides. Highly recommend Rebecca and her co worker with the bike tour. Also shout out to our favorite server at La Vista Eric Gabriel. Everyone at this resort is so kind and accommodating.

Island Joy at Impressions, Isla Mujeres
The Impressions of Isla Mujeres is absolutely breathtaking. Arriving on the catamaran to see “family” waving to you as you pull up was like a dream! The food, while too plentiful for some, was absolutely delicious and well seasoned. The ambience was calming and my husband and I sincerely had a wonderful week. Make sure you have space on your camera because you’ll be taking 400 pictures in a week like I did. Every corner is a picturesque opportunity.

Amazing all-inclusive with great beach, dock, pools, food and staff
If you want to be immersed in luxury, with friendly staff, butlers at your service and amazing food, this all-inclusive is the place for you! We were there for a week and had an amazing time. Food: The rooftop restaurant, Unik, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can be served from their menu at the rooftop pool. Short rib tacos, ceviche, pizza and more! Definitely have the Benimole for breakfast! A la carte restaurants also available are Sake (Asian with tempanyaki-the hamachi was fresh and delicious), La Vista (Mexican, but dont think it is going to be anything like fast food Mexican! The traditional Tikin Xic fish was extraordinary and try the surf and turf guacamole!) Spezia (Italian fare -white wine tortelli with pumpkin and amaretto sauce will amaze you. And if you are not feeling adventurous, there is also lasagna and pizza) Wildfire (beautiful decor and melt in your mouth steaks!) Mercado (poolside lunch with tacos, burgers, pizza, whole fish and more - the chocolate tres leches cake shou,d not be missed!) There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including complimentary water sports, local crafts, tastings and more. And try to get yourself to the general mangers lunch where the management work together to make about 30 people a 4 course lunch with drink pairings. Last but not least the staff are just amazing. We had butlers Zelma, Wedinzon and Erick. They had coverage from 7 am to 11 pm and took care of any needs we had. Head butler Kenneth has a welcoming spirit that just emanates and makes you want to chat with them all day long!! Restaurant staff that stood out for us include Maribel, Jacob, Saul, Alex and so many others. All were very attentive (but not TOO attentive, like in an over bearing way), polite, friendly and after they served us once they remembered our names! Bar staff stand outs were Johan (best drinks!), Carlos and Juan Carlos. The entertainment star, Rebecca, Carla and Franco were energetic and fun, suggesting activities, but not pushing you into it if you didn’t want. We talked with Carla about chocolate and she had a special chocolate plate sent to our room! So sweet! And can’t forget our favorite barista, Louis, who literally made the best mochas, cappuccinos and affogatos!! All in all, a wonderful place that I highly recommend.
