    Pure Paradise-The Best Luxury Experience at Impression Isla Mujeres!

    We spent an incredible 10 days at Impression Isla Mujeres we were there from Nov 5th - 15th. We traveled with my sister and her husband. From the moment we arrived we knew we were somewhere truly special. This resort is in a league of its own, elegant, intimate and absolutely breath taking. Every detail is designed to make you feel pampered and cared for. The Staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warmth, energy and attention to detail made our stay feel effortless. Whether it was at the pool, beach or restaurants everyone went above and beyond to make us feel like VIP's. We ate at every restaurant and the food was exceptional, but the 4 of us agreed that Spezia was our favorite and we got to meet the chef! Everyone was so accommodating to my sisters dairy allergy, the entire staff made sure she felt safe and cared for and ensured that anything she ordered was dairy free even items on the menu that normally contained dairy were prepared with substitutions so she never felt limited. We do have to give a shout out to those that truly went above and beyond Gilman and Manuel at the pool and beach(always attentive and friendly) Jorge at Spezia (we would ask for him personally) Carlos and Alex at Unik ( top notch service) Orlando at the beach (would bring us drinks without even asking and remembered our order everyday) A solid 10/10- absolutely unforgettable.. we will be back next year !

    Lovely resort and great service

    This was a beautiful property with great service and dining. We were upgraded to a king, oceanview room, which was very nice. My favorite restaurants were La Vista (Mexican) and Spezia (Italian). Given the price of this resort, I was surprised to see a lot of young people/honeymooners, but the "most Instagrammable hotel" rating must attract them, and it was funny to watch all the posts/reels being created constantly. No kids though, and the overall vibe of the resort and island was chill and relaxing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Don't miss a quick dive/snorkel trip to MUSA, a short boat ride from the dock, which can be booked through your butler. You can request pretty much anything from them. Our stay was five nights, and we really enjoyed it! We will return for another romantic, relaxing vacation.

    We LOVE Impression Isla Mujeres!

    We LOVE Impression Isla Mujeres!! The hotel is incredible with amazing sunrise and even more incredible sunset views! We enjoyed every meal with personal favorites being Sake (Japanese) and Spezia (Italian). We love starting the day at Unik with the beautiful views overlooking the blazing iridescent blues of the Caribbean Sea. The infinity pool at the top level is amazing. It is fun to check out all of the pools that eventually lead you to the beach area. Despite the incredible rooms, bar, restaurants, what really makes the hotel special is the staff! All staff from the waitstaff, to the housekeeping to the butlers, and bartenders went above and beyond to create an amazing vacation for us! Juan and Juan at the pool bar, Erica, hostess at Unik, Erik and Fernando, waiters at Unik, Orlando, and Jabbar at the upper pool bar, Jorge at Spezia all created an absolutely amazing experience for us and it was like seeing old friends as this is our fourth visit to Impression! David and Angel are our butlers and worked diligently to ensure all our needs were met! We have to add a very special thank you to Ritik, head of guest services for his warm welcome and so many wonderful surprises throughout the visit to make our anniversary trip truly special. He is an incredible asset to an already amazing team! We look forward to a return visit in 2026!!

    Incredible Honeymoon

    What an unforgettable experience! We knew it would be great, but it far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived at the marina, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The resort is stunning, the beach is dreamy, the food is delicious, and the views are incredible. Ritik and Oscar from guest relations were outstanding, they truly went out of their way to create an unforgettable stay. Zelma and Alexander, our dedicated butlers, were always there when we needed them, offering daily recommendations and making every moment feel special. The entertainment team, led by Abril, kept the energy high and the fun going. Salsa band was awesome and the DJ kept the party going at the silent disco! We even enjoyed a sunset catamaran courtesy of Ritik, and Abril, Nacho, Jabril, and Fidencio took such great care of us as we watched the most breathtaking sunset. The food throughout the resort was amazing, and we can’t thank the staff enough for their warmth and hospitality. We had the pleasure of meeting Victor at Isolas Bar, Orlando on the dock, Edwin at the rooftop bar, and Fernando at Wild Fire Steakhouse — just a few of the many people who made this a honeymoon we’ll never forget. I won’t call this a once-in-a-lifetime vacation, because we truly hope to be back very soon!

    Not worth the price tag.

    It's very simple. This resort is no where near the exorbitant price tag. It's not a bad resort. Beach area is great. The butlers were good. Most staff was good. Cleanliness wasn't the worst, but could have been better in some areas. Food was lacking. I was just expecting more, it wasn't bad. I just can't recommend this resort at this price point, it should have wowed us, and that it definitely did not do!
