    Amazing hotel

    This is probably one of the best hotels we've stayed at! This is a slightly delayed review, but we loved our experience on this hotel, so I wanted to make sure we leave our feedback. We stayed at this hotel in Sept 2023. My husband and I choose this hotel to celebrate our honeymoon, and we mainly stayed around the adults-only area. It was a very relaxing and peaceful environment, and we always appreciated the number of sunbeds that were available. All the staff members were so warm and welcoming. Every single member we spoke to was incredibly lovely and always went above and beyond to be helpful. The quality of the food and drinks was also great. The italian restaurant on site was amazing, and it was definitely worth a try. A special thank you to your entertainment team! They did a fantastic job organizing engaging challenges and games throughout the day. Our only minor suggestion would be for a bit more entertainment options in the evening, but even without it, we had an absolutely amazing experience.

    Beautiful location with the best staff in Mexico

    We really loved this resort! The staff is amazing here and everyone was so helpful and welcoming every minute of our stay. Nadia was our Concierge and she took really great care of us during our entire stay. The infinity pool is really fabulous. You can really enjoy watching the beautiful turquoise ocean from the pool for hours, it’s so relaxing. They also have pool games and a DJ at different times. The entertainment staff did a great job of turning up the energy and getting people involved with activities too. The food options here were really good! Great cuts of meat and seafood cooked to order at the buffet. The snack bar at lunch cooks up burgers and Mexican food options. They even had specialty lunches poolside with a different menu every day (from tacos to paella). If you’ve seen any of the YT videos of this resort the room views really speak for themselves. And the cleaning staff does a wonderful job making sure you have everything you need to fully enjoy your beautiful accommodations. This resort is 5/5, we loved it and would highly recommend it!

    Good quality, boutique resort

    If you are into a good boutique hotel, this is for you. Brand new well accommodated with good food and drinks and a heated adult only pole on private beach section. All rooms are oceanfront with amazing views. There was never an issue getting lounge chair and the service was great. The food was above average but limited because everything is contained in one building like a hotel. you have access to the adjoining family property that is massive, but I found very little to do over there. My biggest disappointment was that the spa is very small outdated and located on the family side. The coral level should have had its own spa as it is set up as a separate property. Because of the cost, I was a bit underwhelmed because I prefer more things to do but again, if you love, boutique hotels, this would be a very good choice.

    Will definitely come back!

    Stayed here for five days. Used some IHG points. Great hotel loved it. stayed mostly on the adult side with the pool and the great buffet. will definitely come back again. The property is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are all gorgeous and oceanfront.

    W.o.W just WOW

    This property is absolutely breathtaking. All rooms are oceanfront and that Corner Suite is amazing! The view from that wrap around balcony is indescribable! Huge room and so beautiful! Everything was perfect the entire week we spent here. The cabanas by the pool are awesome and staff is great. Saby is the best pool wait staff I have ever seen. Jorge and Fernanda were also great! I cannot wait to go back! Everything was just amazing!
