Staff was amazing and resort was very nice. Resort had a various amount of activities that we could do throughout the day. Just wish there was more night options besides just having the Legends Sports Bar.

Exactly what we needed
Everything about this small resort exceeded expectations. We would definitely visit again. The staff was beyond accommodating and the service was top notch. The pool was nice and the beach was beautiful. Rooms were big and clean too.

Perfect Couples Retreat
Wonderful, compact resort that definitely satisfies all your needs, wants, and desires. Pool entertainment was outstanding with Fermin making sure that everyone that wanted to be were involved and having fun! Food was plentiful and very tasty. Drinks flowed flawlessly from the bars. We had two wonderful butlers as well (Fernanda and Renata) that took care of everything we needed promptly and with enthusiasm.

Oct 04, 2025Not the first choice if I went to Cancun again
This is not the resort to attend if you are looking for first-rate service, nightlife, and people to do things with. I had a room with a private pool, so I could relax, but they failed to mention that I was a few hundred feet from a major construction site, where it looks like a new hotel is being built. Construction would go past 6 pm most days. By 9-10 pm, the resort was a ghost town. I had to leave and go to town to find a good nightlife. The rooms were smaller than I would have expected for a premier room and lacked amenities such as a tub, a real mini bar, or a diverse snack area. Snacks in the room were two small bags of plain chips and a bag of peanuts. The minibar contains a few beers, some water, two Cokes, and one Sprite. If you wanted a drink in your room, you would basically have to get it. I had the butler service, but it would sometimes take over 2 hours to get a response. Room service at off-peak hours would say 30-45 minutes, but often took longer than that. When the food finally arrived, it was excellent, making the wait worthwhile. The Spa had some excellent massage therapists, as well as some who seemed like it was their first time. For the second massage, I was not allowed to shower off, so I had to put my clothes on over the oils, which made me very sticky. There were no issues with the showers, including the first one or the hydrotherapy session, so I'm not sure what changed. At one point, she climbed on the table with me, sat on my legs, and then put her knees into my lower back. It caused considerable pain and discomfort. She then worked down my thighs while doing this. This particular method was a first for me. When I asked the staff in the lobby about the shower, they basically brushed it off. If you want to relax on the beach or in a chair, this is the perfect place. If you want to have some fun, do a little evening dancing or fun, I would say look elsewhere.
