Had a trip to Grand palladium white sands in August for 2 weeks the experience was fantastic, clean rooms, resort around pool was clean gardens were lovely speciality restaurants were lovely, the main daily food places were very repetitive and sometimes cold food which were a downside. Staff were fantastic would like to say a big thank you to Lourdes and Miguel in restaurants they were fantastic nothing was too much for them always had smiles on their faces made us feel like family and always asked how our day was which made our holiday. Bar staff were excellent too, entertainment was the same for the 2 weeks but the mexican street food party was special very entertaining with market stalls aswell.

Amazing !!!
Would def Recommend the resort. We upgraded to the PTC and stayed in the bungalows by the lake, BEST decision ever !! The staff could not do enough for you, this is everyone from the buggy drivers to the restaurant staff to the bar persons. The resort grounds are stunning with so much wildlife around. Easy to get around, lots of routes to walk if you want to or just flag a buggy driver down to take where you want to go. The buffet restaurants are great, food wonderful, lots of variety and choices everyday.( we stayed for 14 nights and it still didn't disappoint). Def book into the huge choice of speciality restaurants- you will not be disappointed - Especially the STEAK ones :). The spa is lovely too, great space and good deals. as already said I honestly could recommend this resort to anyone. We will def be looking at return again.

Irma is the BEST , mother of Mexico
