    Lovely place and hotel staff

    We stayed for 5 day at the Grand Palladium White Sand. The property and the facilities are amazing. Renovation work is going that shows that the property is maintained. Really natural, a lot of birds (not only flamingos in the Colonial lobby), fish in the different ponds (we had a chance to chat with one of the staff feeding them and how how happy he felt), agoutis and coatis. The forest and the mangrove re really amazing and the walkarounds into these areas are well designed to make sure to protect the area. Room was excellent (we were lucky to received an upgrade when we checked in). The buildings are well mainatiened. There was a problem with a flooding in our building. Repairs were done rapid and very well done. Lobbys are excellent, very fresh and nice to sit down and enjoy music in the evening or the shows. The transportation among hotels was good, perhaps it can be better coordinated and have some signs on where the car is going. The outstanding aspect of the hotel is the staff. From the moment of the check in, the service was excellent. Fannie at the reception was very nice, friendly and professional. We arrived late evening, so she immediately made the chek in rocess fast, suggested that we would go and have dinner and the go the rooms. She went through the locations of restuarantsand the map of the property. Really nice welcome. The servicer continue in all places. We made the restaurant reservatios with Frida at the concierge desk. She was very helpful not only making the reservations but showing us in the map where the restaurants were located. In the buffet restaurants, the service is really nice and friendly (Ariosto and Juan in La Dalia and Teresa and Federico in La Hacienda were really kind and nice). Juan (Adelita Mexican restaurant) took us through the many options with humour and simplicity, he made our dinner at Adelita very nice. José at the Sumptouri was very good and attentive to our questions and really provided excellent service. Claudia and Pablo were our hosts in La Paisana and with humour and efficiency made our dinner very enjoyable. Eddie at Portofino was also very efficient despite the busy time at the restauarant. Sometimes seem busy and a bit ovewhelmed. Perhaps better coordination of the reservations could help. In our final day we took a catamaran around La laguna. We had very nice ride with Sergio. He was very friendly, gave us a good description of the hotel and conversation in Spanish) during the ride

    3/5 star for cleanliness. Bad food, same food for 7 days. Pool very clean and big. Beach rocks. Not a big swimming area

    Lovely restaurant and service

    Hagan & Aurey were great, seated us in our preffered seating area, accommodated my toddler and were super nice and provided relaxed and fun atmosphere.

    Select experience at the pool!

    ,We arrived since Wednesday and it’s great place to enjoy your holiday , grand palladium select is the best place to be the food is good and the staff is very helpful and go above and beyond beyond Samuel is our staff member , we liked the charreada with mariachi at colonial theatre ; I recommend you a lot.
