    Great New Live Aqua Property in Playa Del Carmen

    We recently stayed at this property twice. First time was in a suite for 2 nights and second time in a garden plunge pool room for 2 nights. All interactions with the staff starting with the car valet and reception was very friendly and professional. The property is very nice and has an open concept design. Rooms are very spacious and open with large bathrooms. The multiple pools were designed nicely with a contemporary modern design. Some loungers and cabanas are actually in the water. Nice touch. Our server Venancio at the pools was exceptional and attentive for our days at the pool. America and Jorge were very welcoming to the pool area. Drinks and food we ordered at the pool were very good. Beach was nice with plenty of loungers and it extended the length of the property, which is very long. Sargassum was cleaned up early every morning. Our experience in the multiple restaurants was very good with great service, excellent food quality and presentation. Special acknowledgement to the following restaurant personnel: Rubin Mgr -Grill, Scarlet server- Japanese Sushi , Francisco server- Italian. Few others that i regretfully did not capture their names. We enjoyed the Club Lounge and met Maria who took care of us with drinks and small apps. and snacks were available. This property has great potential to be the best adults only resort in Playa.

    Great experience. Just opening so ironing out kinks and daily changes

    Love the size of this property, great for anyone not wanting to walk a lot. The view is beautiful and the ability to be at the pool or a small walk right down to the beach. The Cenota in the spa is amazing and enjoyed the hot/cold therapy before my massage. I would have loved another food choice on property but 5th Ave is only a few steps amazing for some great food. Reminder this property just opened and so many changes happening daily.

    Rip off Food worth $10 sold for $75. Don’t. It’s the restaurant to the right with an ocean view at Hyatt.

    When you spend $75 for 2 eggs toast 1 coffee 1 bottle of water and a plate of swirled spaghetti with few pieces of chicken it’s terrible and it’s a rip off. Go to Mia Homemade in Playa Del Carmen. You will thank me. It’s a local joint same thing is 200 peso $10… So much for hi fi Hyatt. Never again. x Expat.

    Nice place to stay.

    We would have liked more food place to choose from and not so pricey. The room was nice. The swimming pool were average. The beach was pretty small.
