In the past four years, Whitney Hawley has stayed at the GR Solaris, Cancun many times. I traveled this October 2025 to the GR Solaris, Cancun with my girlfriend, Whitney. She introduced me to Erick and told me Erick has always been an amazing bartender and GR Solaris Team member! Erick not only served us well, he served everyone in our party with friendliness and took care of the entire bar and makes it super fun for all!! Erick represents the GR Solaris, Cancun with professionalism and makes you feel so welcome. He is an amazing asset to the GR Solaris Team and the kind of person that makes you feel special and he is sincerely happy to see you! We look forward to seeing Erick again at the GR Solaris , Cancun in May 2026! He will be one of the first people we want to see!!

My GR Solaris experience!
I usually dont give reviews, but this one i had too! The staff here is A1! Amazing hands down. The restaurant staff: Liz, Darwin, Alain, Niño, Feliciano and Manuel are some of the names off the top of my head that stood out! They were beyond excellent! The bartenders, cooks and cleaning staff are all so caring and nice. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. My only complaint is the paper thin walls. I would recommend GR solaris anytime! Best, Luis

Perfect
The resort had the best service. They offered the best hospitality to all the guest. All the amenities were working perfectly well.
