We had an amazing stay at GR Solaris! Hector and Eric were outstanding bartenders—friendly, attentive, and always made the best drinks. Abimael, the concierge, was wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Alan, our butler, went above and beyond and made everything seamless. The buffet waiters were so welcoming and kind, which really made each meal enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!

Best trip!
First time here! The best trip I had. the ambience was great , Alan (butler) , abi and all the waitresses were great , the bartender hector & eric , down to the food the service everyone is so attentive to serving you. At the pool , at the restaurants I’ll definitely come back! The room service , the maids wow what a great experience, love how everything is so accessible

Great experience (:
The hotel is great but what made our experience the most memorable was the entertainment staff. Ceez, Marco Polo, Ruben and Itzel were so fun and I looked forward to seeing them every day! From Karaoke to pool activities to cooking classes, there were activities for everyone to participate in and make new friends during their stay!

It’s a beautiful environment, comfortable and most importantly professional. I wouldn’t miss out on SPA while staying at GR Solaris.
