Eldorado seaside suites is one of our favorite places to visit. We have such a hard time picking places to travel too so we decided to come back to this resort this year! We couldn’t stop thinking about our time we had with the entertainment staff doing all the fun resort activities! It truly makes this resort special! My husband mentioned today how we would not enjoy coming if it wasn’t for the activities hosted by the incredible entertainment/activities staff! Specifically Luana, Benjamin, Luis, Angel, Maria and Adriana Puga! They were amazing last year and just as amazing this year if not more!! We also now have met Andrea whom works along side Adriana Puga and she is incredible! My husband and I now consider them all true friends! We continue to look forward to coming every year to see them! From pool bingo to volleyball to painting activities, dancing, singing and so many more activities they make them so memorable! They each bring their own unique personality to the resort. From sass to vibrant energy to heart filled friendship to positive vibes and much much more! We cannot wait for the next trip here! Other mentions are Guistavo(greeter/cart driver) Cleofus (outstanding taco stand chef), Martha (beach waitress), Calvn (beach butler), Cumi (bartender), Edith, Leslie, Edwardo, Ivan (Butlers for our room), also an incredible waiter at the beach vegan Kaab restaurant! (Unfortunately we cannot remember his name) Each of these people were so incredibly amazing! I don’t even want to call it customer service because it truly feels more like family! You really begin to feel connected to the people who work at the resort! You are checked on daily and every need is always met! We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to be able to come to Mexico and spend time here with these wonderful people in this beautiful paradise of a resort!

Just the holiday I dreamed of.
My love took me to this beautiful oasis of a resort. The property is large yet accessible, with multiple restaurants options and bars to enjoy. The food was delicious and room services options weren't bad. But it's the staff here who really created the most wonderful and exciting atmosphere that made it truly memorable. The entertainment staff are one of a kind; Benjamin, Luis, Luana and Angel! From morning Aquafit, volleyball, quizzes and epic foam parties into late night karaoke and dancing! The swim up bar-tenders; Crisanto and Marcelo were incredible and can make anyyyyy drink you could want. And they go above and beyond with both their service and their personalities! Fire dancers on the beach, with epic Mexican buffets and live singers were a highlight for us, as well as enjoying time swimming in the ocean by the beach bbq and bar called Fronterra. The food there is delicious! We really enjoyed our time here and not only would I highly recommend this hotel, but I also can't wait to go back again myself!

Mexican experience
This was or first time at this resort, it has been a very gratifying experience and very different to other resorts that we have visited; this resort has really nice spots for pictures, rest and relax. The food was great and the most memorable experience were the activities with the entertainment with Maria, Luis, Jose and Abraham. Definitely coming back

2025 Cancún vacation
The best vacation ever Maria from activity was so friendly and helpful. Informed and guided us to activities like the foam party and the Mexican night which where amazing. Can’t wait to come back. Everyone so friendly and helpful. Definitely 10/10

Good time
Luana, Benjamin Luis y angel They are the best entertainment at the resort We had an amazing time with them, they very fun and energetic. We did the crazy game and it was crazyyy The food is good, but they need more options for the reservation , would definitely come back just for them !!!!
