Dec 06, 2025The staff is amazing and they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The location is beautiful .
The staff is wonderful, Diego Abraham and Paula (entertainment team ) are fantastic. The resort is spotless! The beach and grounds are beautiful. The food is good, there could be a few improvements at the a la cate restaurants. However the buffet for breakfast and lunch has many fresh options. The rooms are nicely appointed & well air conditioned, but a bit dark (which is what we expected ) they all face the garden jungle area and could use a little more storage space. The housekeeping staff is wonderful. Always fresh towels and new beach towels at night. The jungle area is full of animals which is truly unique. Good value for the price, very close to attractions and 45 min from the airport .

Me and my husband came to Catalonia Royal Tulum seeking the most perfect rest and recuperation holiday, and that’s exactly got! We never usually say we’d return to the same place as we like to experience different places, however we really do hope to return to Catalonia in the future! The staff are absolutely amazing, every single one of them work endlessly to provide their guests with the most excellent service, two particular ladies who constantly provided us with kindness was Queztabel and Rosario, people like them really do make the holiday extra special❤️ The facilities are excellent, everywhere is exceptionably clean and the food at the buffet, the bikini bites snack bar and the night time restaurants was brilliant compared to every other all inclusive we have ever visited. We really liked that in the evenings they were all booked restaurants as this provided a more intimate meal service each and every night with something different to look forward to. Overall, amazing and definitely recommend. We thank you all for the most perfect 10 days at Catalonia Royal Tulum!

Wonderful place to stay! They make you feel like it’s home away from home. This was our third time to the resort, and as special as every other visit. Special mention to Marco, Amalia and Queztobel whose exemplary customer service will keep us coming back! And the beach….

Marco was our delight
Marco at the beach ( privilege area )he was the best experience .. attentive, friendly, kind , polite .. he was English and French speaking .. we loved him,, we never had to wait for drinks.. he is a hard working boy… efficient and an absolute asset for this little oasis… we will miss him and wish him good luck is all his plans and life… the best of the best for Marco.. 💐..

Catalonia Royal Tulum
My husband and I have visited CRT four times and are already planning our next trip! The employees are the best and work so hard every day to make sure everything is perfect! (There's too many that are amazing to name them all!!) The resort is very clean, the food is good, and the beach is BEAUTIFUL! You can have fun in the pool with the entertainment staff and rowdier crowd or chill on the beach. The spa offers a great variety of services too. For us, the location, price, being adults only and all of the above can't be beat.
