    AWESOME!

    Wonderful time. Very relaxation. Excellent food, resort, everything!! Thank you for everything see you again!!! Great to meet a deaf worker there. Very, very friendly staff there. Delicious food especially Italian and Steak Restaurant. Very clean room.

    We LOVED this place SOOO much!!!!

    I mean….this place is AMAZINNNNNNG!!!! Eddie, Tita, Diego, Charlie and Pau are incredible. They are so much fun and made our vacation experience one of a kind. There were so many fun activities. They became our friends and we will be back!!!!

    Eddie is the best aqua instructor and entertainer, we will come back just for him!! I can’t believe how amazing he is. Also, Tita is incredible. She is kind and fun and holy moly…the whole staff is a blast. Highly recommend! Come here and spend time with our friends! Diego is cool too! Paulina and Charlie are great dance instructors!

    Verify seaweed conditions before you book!

    A hotel with courteous and professional staff. A good selection of restaurants on site. This hotel would have earned a 4.5 rating if it weren't for the massive presence of seaweed that made swimming in the sea and water sports completely impractical.

    Staff was amazing!!

    The bedrooms were amazing but the food was a little disappointing. The staff here was all amazing!!!! I loved all of the staff, Jesus, the bellboy, Alix from Bloved was amazing as well! The drinks were very inconsistent throughout the whole week, wish there was more consistently on the drinks. Miguel from Steakville was amazing! Highly recommend requesting him as your server if you go! The activity staff was amazing as well, all very personable!
