    ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE STAFF AND MANAGER OMAR!

    ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE STAFF AND MANAGER OMAR! We had a United flight cancelation and got bussed 45 min away to Breathless Hotel to stay overnight. When our group of 12 got to the check-in desk, the idiot at the desk said we had to be 4 to a room even though the airline pays for 1 per room. 4 to a room means 2 cots next to 2 beds for grown-ass men. All the other guests received single rooms if traveling alone or 1 room for a couple which makes sense. When we brought it up that we shouldn't be 4 to a room, he stupidly said they are planning to put all the travelers to 4 per room even strangers which is downright hilarious and obviously untrue. We asked for the manager OMAR to come help and he put us back in line and said if there were extra rooms after everyone checked in, he would "try" to get us 2 to a room. We reluctantly got back in line and waited. As he walked by us to leave for the night, one of us took a pic of his name tag (not his face but just his name tag) and all hell broke loose. He went on a crazy power trip saying he didn't have his permission to take his picture even his name tag which is is the dumbest crap I've ever heard, called security and told him he wasn't allowed on the property anymore and threatened to call the cops. Security showed up, and they were just as confused as we were. OMAR said he called the cops, but he was clearly lying as no one showed up even after 20 min. Even after explaining and showing him it was just of his name tag so we knew who to reference went calling Hyatt corporate, he didn't listen to reason and still said my friend wasn't allowed on the property. Ridiculously CRAZY!! OMAR said my friend would have to bus back to the airport and ask the rep there to put him up at a different hotel. THIS WAS ALSO A LIE. The 12 of us who came for a nice golf trip decided we would all leave and go to the hotel next door 3 minutes away because of this power hungry toad. His tune changed when we walked out of the check-in area with our bags ready to leave, but it was too late. We left and went to DREAMS ONYX which was a pleasant overnight stay. AVOID THESE SHADY PEOPLE ESPECIALLY OMAR AND THAT CLUELESS KID WHO SAID HE WOULD PUT GUEST WITH STRANGERS!

    Celebrating friends & a birthday! What a trip!

    We stayed at Breathless Punta Cana for my husband's birthday. What an amazing trip. The resort itself was fantastic. There were activities all day long from yoga on the beach, to aqua classes in the pool, bracelet making, dance parties, theme nights (Glow on Friday night and a beach party on Saturday, white theme). The food was fantastic. I think there was only one restaurant we did not get to try. The coffee shop was great for that morning pick-me-up and walk to yoga! The Entertainment team at this resort is top notch. So many wonderful people keeping you active and part of the family! We felt the room was great and we were in a great spot. Not too far from the restaurants or the fun taking place at the pool! Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and turn-down service at night. Overall, our group had a fantastic time at this resort and I would recommend it for a group of friends as it definitely had more of a party vibe!

    Everything you want in a vacation is there.

    The resort was beautiful, it was well kept and always clean. The food and drinks were delicious with more options than we could have ever wanted. The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to take care of any needs we had, they made our vacation an unforgettable experience.
