    Wonderful

    Just came back from a wonderful week at Breathless. Stayed in the Exhale Club. The vacation could not have been more enjoyable and relaxing all of the waiters, waitresses at the Exhale Club could not have been any better. The Butler we had was Willie, he was so attentive and very helpful. Breathless should be very pleased to have an employee who is this professional and dedicated to his job. Everywhere you went the guest were calling him and commenting on what great service he provides he is truly an asset. Also, the French Restaurant is the best and one of the servers there, Robert, really stands out among the rest. All of the staff are excellent, food is delicious, resort is super clean. Will be returning.

    Not bad

    Overall, the resort was very nice and clean. Our butler, Jesus, did a fantastic job assisting us throughout our stay. Most of the staff members were friendly and attentive, though a few seemed more focused on chatting with coworkers than helping guests. The Exhale Club upgrade isn’t really necessary unless you want complete peace and quiet at the pool. The extra cost for drinks wasn’t worth it in our experience. We expected top-shelf options to be included with the VIP upgrade, but they still served bottom-shelf liquor unless you specifically requested otherwise. Overall, it was a good trip, but the “VIP” perks didn’t quite meet expectations.

    Great experience

    I had such a wonderful stay at Breathless Hotel! The atmosphere was lively, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the service was consistently top-notch. One of the highlights of my trip was the breakfast experience — Melisa at the omelette station was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, warm, and welcoming every single morning, and she made the best eggs I’ve ever had! It really set the tone for each day and made me look forward to breakfast. Overall, everything about this resort exceeded my expectations, but Melisa’s kindness and skill stood out the most. I can’t wait to come back!

    Top notch Service

    The resort was perfect from start to finish. Getting the chase club was the best idea as the service you receive is top notch. Willy the concierge for the club was hands down the best service I have ever had. From Willy to Yuri in the xhale restaurant to Miguel at the main bar to Marty at the towel area and even Nadi Lady at the pool everyone remembered our name and greeted us every time. I will definitely be back again.

    Great Service

    The staff here was extremely friendly and the concierge Deury particularly stood out to me. He went above and beyond to ensure that my sister and I secured travel for our night out. He also was great at providing recommendations for both activities inside and excursions outside the resort. Additionally, I highly recommend checking out the French restaurant at the resort, the food there was amazing!
