    Overall a Great Experience.

    Very nice modern Resort. Amazing roof top pool with DJ. Very good food at Buffet. Negatives: The beach and the Gym (very small)

    The resort needs more option for evening entertainment. Change up the disco. Maybe do a beach dance one night. Add a foam party.. have more live band entertainment. It was way too repetitive every night. The “secret bar” on karaoke night was a waste of money. 25$ per person for what they had wasted NOT worth it. Very misleading. Not worth upgrading to Xhale if you’re not looking to read books poolside . The party pool is accessible to everyone . Save yourself some money and just stay in a regular room. Unless you want the tub on the balcony, which was used once ( just to use it) .. not a good beach hotel as the tower of rooms blocks most of the sun. Overall I wouldn’t go back again because I wasn’t in love with it.. nice small resort (a positive ) however I’ve been to better establishments..

    Nice but needs more

    Food was delicious, my favourite restaurant was Silk City, we didn't eat in the Mexican restaurant as this isnt our favourite food. Breakfast buffet was nice but it needs Bananas, strawberries and baked beans. The 2 pools we used not VIP were nice but they weren't heated, this came as a disappointment. Entertainment was probably one of worst, the outdoor venue was too small and not enough seats. We sat in the lobby most nights after our meal but this didn't have any Entertainment apart from one night with a lady singing. The hotel could do with a sports bar. The beach was ok, very busy on the weekends with local people with children which wasn't what we expected. We havld the basic room with a Seaview, this was lovely, and very clean. Overall the hotel was nice, especially the food and rooms, but disappointed with the Entertainment and beach.

    D & P - Amazing hoilday - we’ll be back

    My husband and I have just returned to the UK after 14 nights at Breathless, and we had an absolutely incredible time. In fact, even after two full weeks, we could happily have stayed for another! This holiday was a last-minute change of plans—our original trip to Jamaica was cancelled because of Hurricane Melissa—so Cancun was booked in a bit of a rush. And honestly, what a fantastic decision it turned out to be. Our only hiccup was the first room we were given. Because it was a late booking, we were allocated a room overlooking the rooftop with no real view, and it had two separate beds. We both knew that spending two weeks in a room like that would have driven us crazy. My husband went down to the concierge desk, and they kindly arranged a move us to a much better room with gorgeous sea views on both sides. There was an extra cost, but it was absolutely worth it. I also celebrated my 60th birthday during our stay, and the team at Breathless made the day truly spectacular. The Relax Spa was an incredible treat, thank you to my amazing husband for choosing exactly what I needed. It was pure bliss from start to finish. A special thank you to the wonderful staff at Silk City restaurant as well. They sang happy birthday to me the night before my birthday, which was already so thoughtful, but when we returned a few days later, they remembered and sang it again! That truly touched me and made me feel so celebrated. I also have to mention my spinning team and, of course, Fabian, our brilliant spin facilitator. Fabian, thank you for making our holiday truly unforgettable. Your hospitality was exceptional, and you always went above and beyond. If you said you’d sort something out, you made it happen, especially ensuring my husband could watch the Arsenal matches! 😂 Fabian, we love you!! ♥️ We will most definitely be returning next year. See you then, Breathless Soul Cancun!
