  Honeymoon

  We had our honeymoon here and it was so amazing! I knew it was going to be great, but it was even better than great! My husband was blown out of the water by the service and the amenities at the resort. We would absolutely go again!

  The Perfect Breathless Getaway!

  I had an amazing stay at Breathless! My suite was absolutely beautiful, and the private hot tub on the balcony was everything. The service was spectacular from start to finish, everyone went above and beyond. The food was great, the activities were so much fun, and the spa was incredible. If you’re a VIP Unlimited member, the VIP access is truly worth it. The perks and treatment were top tier. I can’t wait to go back!

  Breath taking incredible experience, with big shout outs to Hector, Johnny, Leo, and Frankie.

  Breathless is without a doubt the best name for this resort, as it was truly breathtaking. Whether it was the room, bathrooms, restaurant's, club and bar areas, the place was immaculately clean. My wife surprised me with this trip for my birthday, and we went last week (Sunday to Saturday), and I could not of asked for a better memorable experience. I know my wife just completed the survey, but I want to highlight all the staff for being beyond incredible, with 4 staff in particular in hopes this review makes it back to their management for commendations . Hector at accelerate rooftop pool/bar truly went above and beyond, as when we went up there we looked lost as it was packed and all chairs were taken. His professionalism, personality, and hospitality to us and all guests was beyond incredible, as we spent everyday at said pool/bar . Johnny the bartender at swim up bar on rooftop was one of the best I’ve ever seen anywhere, and his work ethic reflects that. Leo a server in same area as the others mentioned was equivalent to Johnny for when we rented a cabana for last day. Lastly, Frankie at the on resort restaurant Fish Nets was truly the best waiter I’ve experienced ever. So again, I truly hope this review is witnessed by management, cause you all truly need to be recognized, and we will def being going back in the future in hopes to see you again.

  Disappointing experience.

  Our stay was October 31-November 7, 2025. Upon arrival we were blown away with the resort, the design, decor and the views are beautiful. We were told when we arrived that they were too busy at check-in to go get something to eat and come back. We did this, but wondered why they made us do this?? If this happens to you, I would recommend going to check-in anyway. It seems as though they wait for the timeshare people to hit you up at this point. Unless you want to hear about their timeshare offers... -- Rooms We booked an Xccerlate room, would not recommend paying extra to book this room. Just book an allure room and you may end up getting this room instead. Our room was beautiful, but when we booked it showed a jacuzzi on our balcony and we did not have this. So from the start, I was somewhat disappointed. Again though, our room was BEAUTIFUL!! and it has nice little technology features that we really liked, when we could get them to work, but I think that was a user problem and not a problem with the tech. -- Restaurants Our preference was the buffet, it usually is. We don't want to waste time while we are on vacation at a restaurant. But.. come to find out, you don't have that choice at this resort. The buffet is closed every other day because it shares the same space as the Kibbeh and Picante restaurants. So the days that the buffet is closed, Kibbeh and Picante restaurants are open. Surprise to us, no one told us and it is not really indicated on the app either. So much to our surprise, all of the restaurants now have an hour+ wait, except for Kibbeh, we went there ordered, waited over an hour for our order and just ended up leaving. Needless to say we ate nothing that night!! Can you imagine being at an all inclusive and not being able to get something to eat?? We could have gotten room service but that was an hour again by that time and it was just getting too late at that point to eat. So pro-tip, if you want to go to a restaurant, they do not take reservations, which is nice but you need to be there when they open or you aren't eating until 8:00 at night. -- Room Service Was amazing!!! Yes it is a smallish menu, but the service was amazing and the food was really good. This is a great option if you plan ahead. -- Pools We spent most of our time at the party rooftop pool. It's beautiful, the music was a lot of techno for us, but music is such a personal preference. It was a good vibe, the bartenders are great and the pool is beautiful. I loved not playing the towel game it was the first resort we've been to where that was not an issue. But.. there is one major drawback to this resort. They close down the party pool early. They do this often for 'events', which is really disappointing, they blow their whistle and want you out of the pool pronto. It was closed early 2 times when we were there, once for a company function and another time for a wedding. This may not seem like a big deal, but.. when you only have like 3 nice days when you are there and the pool closes early 2 of those days?? Another disappointment at this resort. -- Upgrading to Xhale Club I'm not sold that upgrading was worth it, but I will say the perks were nice. The rooftop pool was beautiful and tranquil for those days when you needed some peace and quiet. It's also heated for rainy or colder days and when they close down the party pool this one is still open. The lunch on the rooftop was really good. My favorite was the chicken sandwich. Breakfast at Silk City, very beautiful, although I preferred the offerings of spoon at breakfast, the view is so beautiful. Top self liquors were great, the lobby lounge and bar for Xhale members was also great. We didn't have the Xhale room since we upgraded there, but I guess it's just a personal preference and depends on how much you have to pay for it. -- Overall Vibe of the resort and comments I have to say I was really disappointed in the resort being dishonest to customers. We arrived about a day after hurricane Melissa hit Jamaica. We kept seeing online people saying the resort was having 'operational' issues and about 100-0-150 rooms were affected, so they were moving these customers over to another Hyatt resort (Hyatt Vivid I believe). Come to find out, there was a conference scheduled for Jamaica and they rebooked them to this resort (amazingly about the same number of rooms!). Some people affected by this called the resort and the issue was confirmed the resort was overbooked. Timeshare sales people. As I mentioned before we paid to upgrade to Xhale, but the timeshare people are constantly parading potential customers to the Xhale pool just to gawk around and look at the view. I found it very annoying actually. This resort is built in 2 different towers that only join on the ground floor and the lobby, which makes the lobby feel like a cruise ship. It is busy all the time and you most likely will have to walk through it to get to one of the pools or the beach. I have been in small resorts but have never experienced something like this. I did not like this aspect of the resort. Overall we would not return, it was not worth the money that we paid for it and TBH, I do not think we are all-inclusive people any more. There were just too many aspects of this trip that turned me off and I feel like this resort is small they need to embrace it and go with that. Why offer what you can not provide and close down services to some customers to provide them to others or close down restaurants to open other restaurants. Sorry long review, hope it helps you decide one way or another. It is a beautiful property and very well maintained.
