    Great complex ! Amazing holiday !

    I travelled with 12 people. We golfed 5 days at « The Lakes ». We had very good service and food, lots of sun, beach and sea. I great place to be with friends for a fun vacation with no worries. Special thanks to Evelyn at « clientele service » for her help and kindness.

    Barcelo Beach Punta Cana: The Way to Go!

    This was the 4th holiday at this Adults Only resort for my wife and I.  The pluses there for us:  A friendly, safe and secure environment.  Delicious food in 11 restaurants, 9 being a la carte.  Fantastic day and night entertainment.  The huge pool with adequate sunbeds.    Some staff who made our 3 week stay most enjoyable were: Evelyn Ramirez. (Guest Services) John Felix (Carey Bar) Marlenis Sanchez (Bohio bar) Genesis Rodriguez (La Comedie restaurant) Melvin Mercedes (Spa) Suggestion: Include at least 1 Monday during your stay to enjoy the amazing dancing in the Michael Jackson show. Overall we highly recommend this resort and have already booked our next holiday there.

    We have been coming there for many years. The service is very good,the staff is very friendly but we noticed that the quality and variety of food is not as good as the previous years especially in the buffets.

    I would never stay at this resort ever again

    Worst nightmare of our lives. The rooms are Motel 6 quality at best. Service was terrible, the beach was terrible. No umbrellas on the beach. Beach lounges were so old, they smelled sour. AC went out in our room, hot water rarely worked, furniture is so outdated and old. If you're not premium... you have to pay to eat at other dinner spots. I would not consider this an all inclusive resort. Service was terrible and the people were not friendly. We had to ask to get our room cleaned because it would go days without getting cleaned. Drinks were stocked one time in 9 days. There are no waiters at the pool. You have to go get your own drinks and the bars are understaffed and slow. All in all, a horrible experience. We wanted to go home the second day we were there. The excursions are the only thing we enjoyed.

    Very nice stay

    Very nice stay . Certain parts of the hotel could do with an update , especially the room . Superb beach , hardly any seaweed. If there was seaweed the tractor cleared it every morning. Well looked after by Natliha Mota our guest experience person for the stay . Everything we needed Natliha took of , so a big Thankyou
