premium level experience!!
I can say it was a real premium level experience thanks to the best assistant Andrelisa, her professionalism and authentic sympathy made our 4 days stay unforgettable. She made everything to make us feel like queens there!!! 10/10. Also the French restaurant "le comedie" one of the best gastro experience!!!

Great all inclusive resort!
The best location on bavaro beach. A very friendly and helpful staff, especially the reception staff. A lot of fun activities, with very fun and friendly animation staff. Great food both in the buffet and the a la carte restaurants, every bar has great drinks, but the Barceló beach adults only bars are slightly better. Overall had a great stay with no problems. I will definitely return.

This resort is wonderful. The atmosphere is great, food is great and the staff is simply amazing. Nathanael our wonderful front desk agent was so helpful and kind. He is wonderful at his job and was a pleasure to meet. He has made our stay such a joy.

Apr 25, 2025Great Adults only - would definitely go back
The beach was beautiful. The water was clear and wonderful shades of blue! Lots of great space to explore. I saw a large conch, starfish, ray, turtles and fish! If you walk out and left, you get lots of people and other properties, you can walk right and past the family resort, it was very quiet. We loved the pathways between the buildings. One pathway is covered and the other is uncovered and you can see the ocean. The property is large and they also provide transportation. (From building 2 to the entry gate is about 2 miles! It's very safe to run both in the property and off property. (There's a nearby shopping area. Pool was great but chairs were generally reserved early. Check in was quick and we were greeted by Andrelissa. She helped us via Whatsapp throughout the trip w basic questions. Additionally, we enjoyed the diversity at the resort! There are only 3 minor critiques...1) the was a lack of attention to detail/craftsmanship in the bathroom area. 2) There needs to be a better process w pool and/or chairs. (Or just get more chairs!) 3) There were some restaurants that cost extra per person. That was not clear when booking. One interesting difference between this one and other all inclusives I've been to...some of the non-buffet restaurants, still have a um buffet as part of the meal! I loved it! Never hungry! If you are still, reading, thanks! It was a lovely stay and we'd go back in a heartbeat!
