    Best resort to relax & unwind! Staff are amazing

    The staff went above and beyond. Mar & Adrian from the entertainment crew (Adrian was a fantastic server at all the shows & Mar kept us all laughing and playing along. Jose Luis & Carlos were exceptional waiters/bar servers poolside made sure to keep us hydrated! They were AMAZING! Candido is the BEST butler! Our mini fridge was ALWAYS stocked with the beverages we requested and he made sure our dinner reservations were made. Exceptional service by all at a beautiful resort!

    Another Amazing Trip to Haven

    Our 3rd trip to Haven did not disappoint and in fact each time it gets better and better! Our butler Frida was incredible, communicative and kind, she absolutely made our stay. Our room was incredible, and private allowing us to enjoy a romantic trip. Arturo at the breakfast and lunch buffet keeps us coming back to Haven. He is the most attentive and gracious server we have ever met and he makes mealtime so much more enjoyable. Carlos, the main pool server was quick and always there when we needed something and the entertainment team was SO fun. The violinist at the pool made for such a fun afternoon (this is so unique to Haven and a DO NOT MISS during your stay). It's hard to pick favorites because everyone was so amazing and they have an all star team. Absolute luxury here with top tier service.

    Anniversary Celebration done right!

    What a trip! Can't say enough about how welcome we felt and how well we were taken care of. We met at Haven a year and a half ago and when Michelangelo (Miguel) heard our story, he had something special planned for us every night! The sand art on our cabana by the pool by Sahel and Luis was beautiful! We can't wait to come back!

    Cancun beyond your expectations.

    We had the absolute best time ever. Alfredo was an incredible entertainer. Bingo night with dancing was a huge hit. Dancing at Tahani was incredible. What’s. Show. Pure talent The chefs table at olio was the single best dinner experience I’ve had and I have traveled the world experiencing some Of the best service and restaurants I’ve experienced. Hands down. For guest experience, come to the Haven!! Carlos at the pool was incredible and friendly. Alfredo makes sure you have fun even if you aren’t in the mood for it! Grab a plane ticket and a drink and don’t pass this experience up!

    Best resort with the best people (especially Alfredo)

    Had a wonderful experience here. This was our second time at this resort. Alfredo was exceptional! Did a great job bringing the entertainment. Always fun activities to do throughout the day. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back. Already talking about making this an annual trip. Best resort in Mexico. Book your trip and make sure to say hi to Alfredo, but I’m sure he’ll find you first to say hello!
