Our trip to Haven was perfect from start to finish. Booked with air Canada vacations which made the transport seamless and we always had someone to contact if need be. Room: Spacious and clean!! Well ventilated and we loved the Jacuzzi tub on the balcony. The bathroom was huge and we appreciated the double sink and closet area. Beach: Always able to find a spot to lie on the beach. We had some rain and seaweed that didn't make it ideal for swimming but the sand was soft and the area was peaceful. I loved that it was truly all inclusive- no extra fees for Cabanas or certain areas of the beach for chairs. Pools: There are two large pools on the site. Both were clean and you never felt crowded. The lounge chairs and cabanas are all plushly cushioned making it super comfy. Entertainment/activities: Quite a casual schedule for activities which leant to a nice relaxed pace. Really enjoyed paddleboard fitness and pool volleyball with Mar! (We love you Mar- you rock!) The staff were energetic and upbeat, always had a smile on their faces and were very personable. Service: Every staff member we encountered provided exceptional service. Would like to highlight Jose Luis by the main pool for his above and beyond service. He went the extra mile for our drinks and was always super friendly. We looked forward to seeing him throughout the week. The service at Haven is thoughtful and they anticipate any need (even before you do- for example, Ceasar came by to clean our sunglasses by the pool as they were super dirty from sunscreen!) Food: From the coffee shop cafe to the buffet to all the alacarts and snack bars- we never had a bad meal. Delicious and lots of variety. I noted many vegetarian options as well which was nice! Overall, if you are reading this. Book your vacation here. You won't regret it. We are already looking forward to a trip next year. Thank you Haven for our amazing experience!!

Our Stay at Haven Riviera Cancun — Absolutely Worth It!
My wife and I stayed at Haven Riviera Cancun, and all I can say is — we made the right decision! Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing everywhere, but we definitely had our favorites: 🍣 Satsu Asian Fusion – Our top pick! Huge shoutout to Señor Angel, who made our first night extra special. Even without a reservation, he welcomed us warmly and invited us to enjoy a drink at the bar while waiting for a table. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. 🍷 Olios – Our second favorite. A big thank you to Señor Lazaro for his wonderful service and for making our dinner a memorable one. 🍽️ Vora Mora – Our third favorite, offering delicious food and a great romantic dining experience. I’d also like to give a shoutout to the person who served us there — unfortunately, I forgot his name, but thank you as well for your excellent service! The facilities were spotless, the pools were fantastic, and the drinks were unlimited! Special thanks to Leticia, our room attendant, who kept our room immaculate throughout our stay. We also loved stopping by Mochaccino Café for coffee, lattes, mochas, ice cream, and late-night snacks. Shoutout as well to Cutberto for always making my coffee strong and exactly to my taste! I also want to thank Señor Sergio at the front desk for promptly attending to our bathroom shower issue. I truly appreciate his professionalism and effort in ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. Don’t miss the Moons nightclub — it’s a blast! There’s a different show every night, but make sure to catch the Michael Jackson show — it’s hands down the best in town! The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. The only minor downside, as some reviews mention, is the beach. It’s not ideal for swimming, but if you’re not a beach person, it won’t bother you at all. I am a beach person, but it didn’t ruin my trip — I simply took an Uber one day to Playa Delfines, one of the best public beaches in Cancun, and another day trip to Isla Mujeres to enjoy Playa Norte near Mia Reef. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Haven Riviera Cancun for anyone looking for relaxation, great food, and exceptional service!

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at - absolutely book!
Absolutely without a doubt one of our favourite hotels we’ve stayed! From the minute we arrived to leaving - the staff were exceptional! Their dedication and customer service is truly an asset to the hotel and added to the already great experience. The all inclusive buffet was plentiful with options, with other restaurants bookable for dinner with exception food, as well as an all day coffee bar! All day bar options for drinks as well as staff to collect orders from the sun beds and private beach! Lots of activities at the main pool and in the evenings. Rooms are beautiful and equipped with a complimentary mini bar, room service and all amenities needed! Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again! A special mention to Degner, Maria, Martin and Jesus (there were soo many others we didn’t manage to catch their names) but these guys were truly fantastic at their job and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our honeymoon! Thankyou so much. On a service point - the rooms, pool and restaurants were extremely clean. The staff were constantly working to keep everything to a high standard and the personal rooms were cleaned daily and topped up! The noise from the main pool wasn’t heard within the ‘quieter’ pool or the rooms. The value for money was very good! The drinks available and the food far surpassed the cost and the level of service was absolutely worth it! Location is great if you want to enjoy Cancun for its beautiful scenery and be close enough, but far enough away from the party side! (Easily accessible with transport!)

Staff everywhere on resort are excellent. Alfredo, Cesar, Maria, Russell, Martin just to name a few. Entertainment was great. Bingo night with Alfredo was super fun! Favourite restaurant was the Asian restaurant. Excellent food. Rooms need screens in doors so you can keep open for fresh air and need de humidifiers as the rooms smell musty. Also hand sanitizers needed everywhere there is food.

Great Resort
This is our second visit at Haven. Overall, the staff are very polite and accommodating. Both times we have stayed as Serenity Club guests. Our butler, Nacho, is fantastic. His level of service he provided is exceptional and truly has made our stay memorable by exceeding expectations. Sahel and Emanuel at the Serenity Club pool are both fantastic and very attentive. We will be back!
