The cacao ceremony and the patios tour were amazing! We learned so much about the Mayan culture and also about the hotel, so many interesting facts. Big thanks to Dayana for such beautiful experiences. About the hotel, I really have no complaints. It’s clean and comfortable. The only thing is the construction noise in some areas, but you only notice it if you really pay attention. Meals are great! Staff are great too!

Peaceful paradise on the Mayan Riviera
We had a lovely week at the Blue Diamond, the staff were excellent and the hotel so peaceful. We did a fascinating patio tour with Dayana and learn’t so much about the Mayan culture.

Beautiful but needs love
This place has so much potential. The hotel itself is beautiful, it sits on a huge piece of land with jungle, lagoons and a really lovely beach. The facilities are comfortable and has a peaceful vibe. You can tell it’s an older resort, though, and it could definitely use a bit more care and some refreshing make a huge difference.

Natural and pretty
It’s a super beautiful hotel! We had everything we needed and the service was exceptional. The food at ámbar and aguamarina is great, but the ceviche restaurant wasn’t as good. The room was nice and spacious, but it needed more light. The coffee machine didn’t work during our stay, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. The cenote is beautiful. We didn’t swim but it’s a lovely place for walk.

Great stay
The place is super spacious, every area is wide open and really relaxing. It doesn’t seem like the hotel has too many rooms, which is nice, and even though not all of them face the ocean, they still come with a beautiful natural view. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is absolutely delicious.
