Such a beautiful and peaceful place
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Super spacious and so much lush jungle everywhere you look. It’s incredibly quiet to; no noise at all, whether you’re in the room or walking around the common areas. Everyone here is really friendly and easy to talk to. The food is good, though it would be nice to have a bit more variety and especially more traditional Mexican dishes on the menú.

Absolutely relaxing, food was amazing, staff was amazing and friendly. 100% would come back.
Beautiful location, beach and jungle. Very relaxed atmosphere. Room exactly as advertised. Definitely value for the food which was amazingly delicious, 95% a la carte. Rooms could be cleaned daily if you wanted. Very quiet and entertainment was amazing (not absolutely everyday, which was nice as well, cause quiet evenings are nice too). Service at restaurant and pool side was excellent, however sometimes requests for room were missed like face cloths and minibar refill but this was minor. We did request laundry pick up 3 times and it never happened, again a minor issue, nothing we couldn't live without.

Lovely pleace
This is one of the best hotels for relaxing at Riviera Maya, i really enjoy my room, the experience at the temazcal and the wine seleccione is wonderfull

Even better than the rave reviews suggested!
We cannot recommend Blue Diamond enough! It's more of a quiet rainforest getaway than a beach party atmosphere, but it was exactly what we needed to recharge and reconnect. From the food and drinks next to the ocean, to the rooms and excellent housekeeping, to the overall atmosphere and interactions with the staff, the trip was fantastic. If you visit, make sure you do the Temazcal ceremony with Diana (followed by a swim in the cenote), daily yoga at the spa, and order the tiramisu at Ambar - they make it for you at the table! We will definitely be coming back.
