Everything was exceptional! The food was excellent and the service was first-class. The hotel is beautiful, with large and very clean facilities. The cacao was delicious and it was a wonderful experience.

Wonderful Boutique Resort Experience
Overall an excellent stay. Food was above average compared to resorts we've been to. The restaurants alternate and change themes each night, and integrated the Mexican culture well with shows and photo ops. Crowds were low in Nov., which we preferred. Patio Diamond Suite was beautiful and spacious. We saw Coatis, Iguanas, and Spider Monkeys during our stay. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. Service was quick and accommodating. The property's beachfront is small, but plenty of chairs were available during our stay, and we were able to walk the whole beach each daily. There were always pool / beach chairs available. My wife really enjoyed the chocolate body wrap and deep tissue massage package at the spa. The resort gift shop is very modest with limited selection. The resort was very aesthetically pleasing and clean during our stay. They provide bikes, which were excellent to commute between our room, to the beachfront, to the spa, etc... with no trouble finding bikes to use. For a boutique resort, we were extremely satisfied, and had an intimate romantic stay. John was our personal butler, he checked in regularly during our stay, and was very helpful and professional.

White Lotus in Mexico
Had a great experience at Blue Diamond — like White Lotus in Mexico! Beautiful mix of jungle and beach vibes, relaxing atmosphere, and stunning scenery. Would definitely come back

It’s always too short a visit at BD
Third trip to BD - fantastic, as usual. The highlights are definitely the people that work here, the beautiful grounds, spacious and clean rooms, the excellent food choices, and did I say the staff already - they are worth mentioning twice. Peaceful, dare I say Zen-like surroundings, I fully expect us to be back again at some point in the near future. Thank you to all the people that work here, you are certainly the ‘diamonds’ of Blue Diamond.

Romantic getaway
We came to Mexico to celebrate our anniversary and really loved the service. The place is cozy and peaceful, which makes it a very romantic spot. The food is excellent! There isn’t a huge variety of dishes, but every dish felt special and was made fresh. All the staff are very friendly and made our days here truly wonderful.
