We just spent a week here at the resort for a long overdue couples getaway. We did the xhale Club check-in was very smooth. The room was clean and spacious. They came every day to make sure that our fridge was fully stocked and we had extra snacks. They cleaned the room twice a day. They even put a nice bottle of champagne in our room one day for us. As far as the food goes we ate at the buffet and bites for breakfast. Both were very good. Carolina and Fernando that work at the buffet we're always so accommodating. Omar checked on us every day to make sure that we had everything that we needed. I recently broke my leg and he always made sure that I was comfortable. We ate most nights at the Mexican restaurant Ocate and the lobster and seafood was. We got a cabana by the pool everyday and Miguel and Mariano did not let us go without having a drink in our hands at all times. Even if I was in the pool they would come poolside and make sure that you always had what you needed. They get to know what you are drinking and they stay on top of it the whole day. The pool entertainment was great every day was a little bit different. Stephani was making sure that the pool stayed Lively and had a lot of fun with my husband playing ping pong. She was great. Prior to me coming I had reached out to the concierge just to check on some stuff to make sure that it was going to be easy for me after having my leg surgery. Andres always got right back to me in my emails and made sure that I was able to book my cabana ahead of time. All of the concierge there were always just making sure you were having a nice time from Adal and Cristi. We normally go to Riviera maya. I think this is our new spot. We had an absolute blast. We met lots of new friends that we will keep in touch with forever. Also if you are looking to be close to town this is the spot. You literally can just walk right around the corner to all of the bars and restaurants. I know there's other people that I am forgetting their names the whole staff was absolutely amazing.

Everything we needed and more
We did a lot of research going into this trip, as we needed to satisfy a lot of different needs from our group of 6 women. We picked Breathless based on 1) its walkable location 2) had a swimmable beach and 3) adults only 4) fairly decent reviews. We expected that as an all-inclusive, drinks could be hit or miss. Our biggest highlight was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had some really great meals and a few ‘meh’ ones, but overall, above average. The facilities are beautiful and very clean. We loved the lively location and loved waking up to the sound of sea lions. That’s not for everyone, but we loved it. The beach was better than expected. The water and beach was clean. The relatively calm waters made for a fun float, even on the windiest day. Overall, we all said that we’d return.

Beautiful resort and fluent friendly staff
Friendly staff, cleanliness, everyone was so accommodating. We asked to move us to a double bed room which they did the next day when there was opening. Hotel is centrally located that we were able to walk to fun bars and clubs. They had a lot of fun activists. The last night we walked back to the hotel to find people doing silent disco which we joined. Shout out to Edrie, Santiago and Letty! Thank you again.

Exceptional Service from Our Favorite Poolside Waiter – He Remembered Us After Five Months!
We first visited Breathless back in June and spent most of our afternoons relaxing by the pool, where Williams quickly became the highlight of our stay. His friendly personality, quick service, and amazing memory for our favorite drinks made every moment feel special. Fast-forward five months — we returned to the resort, and before we even sat down, Williams spotted us. He came right over and greeted us with a big hug - he even remembered our drink order! In an industry where faces come and go, Williams truly stands out. His warmth and attention to detail go beyond great service — he makes you feel like family!
