    Disappointed…

    I usually don't put reviews but enough is enough. I cant say we didnt have a good time over all but thats because of people and us. Let me start with that with our arrival. This trip its supposed to be celebration on my bday. We are premieres and booked ocean view room few months ago- we didnt get the room because there wasnt any available - we could get what we got and after a day transfer- no!! Thats our vacations ! Why should I unpack spend a time and then again pack and change a room??!! A premiere manager was so rude that honestly even for that we didnt want to deal with her. We got a extra day of cabana like its a big deal for comp- oh please. We got Butler and i dont want to say name because he is nice but he was only pretending „do You guys need anything from me” it was ok when we didnt want anything but when actually we ask about something it was always something not available etc. and really minimal of efford. i can say Ivan made for us more than our butler. So birthday topic- dear temptation You know what - even for that I want to say that You have so many members who paid and still paying so much money with thoughts that its a special - but its deffinatelly not! They charged my husband for baloons decorations in the room 2 years ago not. But f the baloons - the point is that You Guys want more money for everything You dont think to treat Your premiers better but You think that You can bother people for upgrades- we were thinking about that but after treatment like this - no thank You! You want more money but dont show better for Your customers because once a year for everyone who comes showing appriciation with even baloons its too much.Also sea flirt breakfast service is really bad and food s not consistent. We were on the vacations and i didnt want to ask or pointing out for anything. Im not saying that all stuff there is bad if TTR. service in Romanza that we love! Food and service Francisco and Ross are spectacular each time we are here. Bartenders are amazing , rooftop stuff is amazing . Mike (butler treinee) he is amazing always too Securite Guys Daniel and i dont remember the others name are amazing as well always on point. Cant say it about playmakers. They just ok. It used to be so much fun - not they just there. I cant say that everything on this trip was bad but its the first time we said we dont think to come back anytime soon.

    Great customer service! Marcos- Was very attentive to our needs. Very well spoken and listened to us. Marcos followed-up with us to ensure our room met our expectations! Will most definitely recommend to my friends!

    The staff .. the food .. the vibe.. the themed night parties .. great place .. you don’t even have to leave the resort

    This was my 4th time visiting temptation.. but this time was a solo trip..although I was nervous.. I knew I was good.. the staff is always amazing.. special thank you to Samantha tho.. she checked on me made sure I had drinks .. she talked to me.. pulled me on stage to dance .. she really made my nights great.. I appreciate that sense of comfort she gave me

    AVOID THE SALES SCAMMERS

    The food and room was okay, but I did appreciate the nightly entertainment since I like the easy access of the proximity to my room. However, their SALES STRATEGIES ARE SUMILAR TO SCAMMERS. Don't let them trick you to A "VIP BREAKFAST" That is where the scam begins because it is the same breakfast you paid for. Then they sell you a package and said you will pay a fee, don't think it is a one time fee. It is an additional nightly rate on top of the money you paid. BE WARNED. When you try to rectify this they don't address it over the phone, but by emails. The emails are condescending. EVEN THOUGH YOU DID NOT USE THEIR SERVICES THEY DO NOT OFFER YOUR REFUND. Their packages is of no value to anyone. GOOGLE IT. Wish I did. What they don't know I would have been a return guest if they did not try to scam me out of my hard working money.

    Labor Day Crew for the win

    It is the people and staff that make your stay. Ignacio, my butler was exceptional as the Member Bar staff Gerry, Tono, Adan, etc. Playmakers spend more time introducing themselves then running events when they show at all. Cali/Tami in Premier Sales is an absolute win and did a great job during my time with her.
