    Fabulous vacation

    We thoroughly enjoyed being pampered, our butlers Tarek and Daniela were wonderful, all staff were great to us. The resort is beautiful. We look forward to returning.

    A Great Stay Ended with a Very Disappointing Lost & Found Experience

    I enjoyed my stay at TRS Coral, especially the butler service, but my experience ended very badly. I accidentally left my necklace in the safe before checking out. I clearly remember seeing it, and no new guests checked into my room after me. However, the hotel could not find it. This makes me seriously question the reliability of the Lost & Found system. It left a very negative impression and I am extremely disappointed.

    Amazing and over the top

    Our butler made our anniversary so special. Chef mark soto went out of his way to make an amazing off course meal after our excursion made us too late for the chic cabaret dinner show. Which they gladly rescheduled for the next night. Beautiful resort. The swim out room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The drinks and food were top notch. Don’t hesitate to try this place.

    Got room service, Gabriel was our server. Food great — grilled chicken and fish, soup, fresh fruit and salads. All fresh and entrees/soup hot. Gabriel was super polite and efficient room server
