    From the moment we arrived, Fernando and Roberto went above and beyond to make our vacation absolutely perfect. Their attention to detail, genuine kindness, and professionalism were truly outstanding. Every day, they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask — from making sure our favorite drinks were waiting for us, to arranging dinner reservations and surprise touches that made our stay extra special. They remembered our preferences, checked in regularly without ever being intrusive, and treated us like VIPs the entire time. Fernando’s warmth and easygoing personality made every interaction a pleasure, while Roberto’s organization and impeccable timing ensured everything ran smoothly.     Christopher and Jose Butler extraordinaire

    Our Butlers Jose and Christopher were awesome. We had a tough weather day and they brought several rounds of drinks to our room for our group of friends to our swim up room. It was anticipating our group’s needs and was a big hit. They’re great guys and took good care of us all week. This was a big highlight.

    Fabulous Experience!

    I am a Palladium Travel Club Member. My friend and I recently spent a most enjoyable week at this resort in Mexico. The accommodations are beautiful and clean. The food is delicious in the buffet and in the restaurants that offer a variety of excellent world cuisine with high end service. There is so much to see and do including a beautiful beach with bar and food service, poolside entertainment and exercise classes, a fully equipped gym, and a village with shopping, nightly entertainment and more. If you choose this resort, don’t miss the Chic Cabaret Show that offers a gourmet dinner and superb dancing performances. The Spa, Zentropia, is lovely and relaxing with polite and helpful staff. It includes water therapy, hot and cold tubs, saunas and wonderful massages by certified massage therapists. Staff in the resort including receptionists, waiters, bar staff, cleaning staff and golf cart drivers provide very friendly and accommodating service. The butlers assigned to our building during this trip, Chaviel and Adrian, were extremely amiable and provided outstanding service catering to our every need with speed and efficiency personally and through What’s App. Truly, a memorable experience. You won’t be disappointed!

    Beautiful resort, hit or miss on food, great service

    This is a beautiful resort. The room we had (loft suite) was beautiful as well. Unfortunately the furniture, while nice looking, was incredibly uncomfortable. The resort has nice pools, a great beach with lots of chairs, a terrific tennis facility with outstanding instruction, and lots of food options. For me, there needs to be more sport options so I don’t think it’s a destination for active/sports people other than tennis. If you want to do pickleball or padel, bring people to play with because you probably won’t find them there. Food quality was very good, presentation was good but often the preparation or temperature when you got it was not great. Sushi restaurant was excellent, the best meal we had. Last time here the French restaurant was our favorite and this time the food was not great. Buffet restaurants were decent. Bars were good and with the exception of blended drinks, which were consistently underblended with large chunks of ice (but still tasty). Service everywhere was outstanding, from butlers to waiters/waitresses/servers, travel club, maids. Everyone is always friendly and seem happy. This is a five star resort for me if they fix the sport situation, get the food consistently good and get comfortable furniture in the rooms.
