Kind of disappointed cause my experience at TRS Coral same timeline 2 years ago was much much better then! Helios restaurant closed two days in a row for breakfast and Capricho restaurant also closed for two days in a row while I stayed for 5 nights trip. No Good at all! I had to wait for my waiter for 10 minutes or longer till I physically asked for help; it happened twice at specialty restaurants- Capricho and Japanese restaurant. Not Acceptable at 5 Star Resort!!! Had a much much better experience two years ago at TRS Coral! I don’t know what happened since then😱😭😤 Of course I and my wife enjoyed good foods and drinks here. All the employees here are exceptionally good and helpful! Especially “MISAEL” at Helios was the Best waiter here at TRS Coral. You should ask for his table when you visit Helios. Bell person “HENRY” was the most helpful and professional bell man at TRS Coral!!! Would I visit this resort again? My answer is NO! I am very sad to see an excellent Cancun resort like TRS Coral goes down over all service levels. Here All other resort reviews with 3 stars or under about TRS Coral were correctly described what happened here in last 2 years 😤😂😱 Not Great 4.3 star rating resort! No more or no less!

Went here for our 43rd wedding anniversary and in the main enjoyed the week apart from the worst hotel management I have experienced in years of travelling. Genuine complaints were treated with apathy and i'm prepared to name names; Manager: Jesus Desiderio, Assistant Manager: Yesenia (no surname) and Under Manager: Andre (no surname) These three did not know the meaning of customer service and took bad attitude to another level.

I had a fantastic time staying at TRS Coral. the staff was beyond accommodating. freddy, edgar, and daniel were extremely attentive butlers that always made sure i was taken care of. i did have an issue with my jacuzzi tub and air conditioner in my room during my stay and the food left a little to be desired but above anything i would happily return for the amenities and excellent service.
