Very huge resort. Nice place overall. Spa was great. Plenty of restaurants. Friendly staff. Golf cart transportation was good.

FYI they will tell you at the stores that things are a certain price in the stores then when you check out you find out they lied. $15 for a pack of smokes they tell you is about $6. $35 for a bottle of sunscreen that you’re led to believe is about $15. Service is way slow for food. Would not recommend this place.

We had the best time and were well taken care of by our butlers Alexia and Naysin. They ensured we had everything we needed. We came with a group of 20 so sometimes the dining became harder to plan and took a longer than usual but that is to be expected with a group of our size. We had lovely service by ever single employee including all the bartenders and staff. Would love to give a shout out to Guillermo and Dante who played volleyball and table tennis with us and showed us a great time. The pool was lovely and the beach was perfect, clean, and much wider than most Cancun beaches. Would absolutely recommend a stay at the TRS Coral.

Dec 10, 2025Disappointing Anniversary Stay ,No Loyalty, No Service
We got married at TRS one year ago and booked over **60 rooms** for our guests. Even during the wedding, the service was not great — they didn’t even cut our wedding cake, and it was thrown away untouched. We returned this year for our anniversary hoping they would redeem that experience, but instead, we were completely ignored. No welcome back, no acknowledgment of our anniversary, no gesture from staff, no follow-up from the butler, and no effort from the Weddings team. Even when we reached out for help, the response was dismissive and did nothing to make the stay special. To make things worse, we sent a detailed email to management **over two months ago** and **never received a response**. The resort was very attentive while taking our wedding investment, but once the event passed, the service and interest disappeared. Given both our wedding experience and this disappointing anniversary stay, we would have a hard time recommending TRS to future couples. The spa was the only positive, but the overall service does not reflect a 5-star resort , and sadly, we will not be returning, Everytime we return there is something that leaves us thinking why did we come, spend the type of money you spend and leave feeling worst

TRS luxury getaway
My stay at TRS Resort Mexico was exceptional from start to finish. The service was attentive, the property was beautifully maintained, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The food, amenities, and overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We had butlers Christoper and José they gave exceptional service. We loved the chicken empanadas at gaucho restaurant. And the shop at chic is worth the extra cost.
