We love sitting by the pool with a pizza, burritos, and ice cream and drinks flowing. Juan Carlos pool butler and Carlos and Veami the waiters are fabulous at the members area of the TRS pool! We feel like family!

Excellent experience ay TRS and also at The Nest
Awsome service from Brayn & Mariana. Always interested in meeting our needs. We even had a beautiful surprise in our room for my wife’s birthday. We will be back soon! I’d like to mention as well, The Nest’s staff. For breakfast or for dinner its always a pleasure to be waited by them. Armando, the captain is always very very friendly. We go there every year and he always takes good care of us.

Fantastic tennis trip at TRS
Our stay at TRS was absolutely phenomenal! We went for 6 days of tennis with friends and Yessica and Jimmy who managed our rooms took amazing care of us. From booking reservations to all the tennis needs we had, they covered us. Truly recommend this place and will be back next year. Thank you Yessica and Jimmy!!

We were there for my daughter's wedding for 5 days. The resort is beautiful. The room is nice and spacious. There was turned down bed service at night. The beach is nice with soft white sand. The food was good at Helios for lunch. The steak at Helios was better than El Gaucho. Helios has great varieties of ice cream. The La Blanca (Buffet) was good. La Blanca had the same selections of food every day. After a few days, we got tired of the food at La Blanca. We did not have enough time to try other specialty restaurants. The wedding service was great. The setup and the food for the wedding reception were very good. It is a good place for wedding. I had problems obtaining beach towels every day. I had to go to at least three places for one beach towel. The beach towel attendant always said I had to wait for 10 or 15 minutes at different towel station (for one towel???). The Grand Palladium app has a big flaw. Due to privacy and security, I selected "Do not sell my information" before signing up. After that selection, the web site did not allow me to sign up. I talked to the butler and showed him the steps on my phone. It also happened when I tried with him witnessed it. He used his phone to check for activities on the app. When he went back to the previous screen. It froze. The app needs to be updated and should allow the customers to protect their information not to be sold. I will not sign up for a website that does not allow me to protect my privacy. The service at the restaurants and bars was good; however, on December 12 in the evening at the Gravity bar, I had an unpleasant experience. We had more than thirty people that liked to dance. The DJ had been playing techno music, and I requested specific songs then asked for Latin flavor music. He only played a few of requested songs then went back to techno music. I waited patiently for 20 minutes then I left, I was extremely disappointed. I have come to Yucatan area a few times a year for a long time. TRS has some positives and some negatives. Highly recommend for wedding that organized by the TripGUY.com. They took care the guests for pickup at airport and departure the resort seamlessly with Lomas transportation.

Awesome stay, great staff!
just returned from TRS Coral and I cannot say enough about the unbelievable service we received—this resort truly delivers a 5-star experience in every way. The property is stunning, the food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is pure relaxation, but what really sets TRS Coral apart is the people. Antonio deserves the highest praise. He was hands-down the star of our trip—attentive, warm, incredibly professional, and always one step ahead of what we needed. His level of service is the kind that makes you feel genuinely cared for and remembered. If TRS Coral had a “best of the best” award, he would win it. A huge shoutout also to Rodger, who consistently provided top-tier service and made every day by the pool feel easy and enjoyable. His positive energy and attention to detail were truly appreciated. We also want to recognize Damian, Latis, and Lorenzo, who were all phenomenal. Whether it was drinks, food, or just checking in to make sure we were comfortable, each of them went above and beyond. Their kindness and professionalism added so much joy to our stay. TRS Coral is beautiful on its own—but the staff around the pool made the experience unforgettable. These individuals turned a great vacation into an exceptional one, and we are already looking forward to coming back because of them.
