    Great place to stay

    Love TRS. This was our 5th time going and this is our favorite grand palladium resort by far. Our butlers ( Adrian and Naysin) were so nice and took care of our every need. Also Elvira in the travel club members section , she was amazing and helped us so much.

    Great honeymoon spot!

    Overall it was a really nice stay! The grounds and the rooms were aesthetically beautiful and clean. For the most part, the staff was kind and accommodating. The beach was stunningly beautiful. The only downside would be check-in and checkout staff, as well as food quality... There were a lot of reviews that stated the food wasn't the best, and I would agree. Nothing was inedible, however, a lot of dishes came out cold. If you go look, for Arturo on the boat, Victor in Cappricio, and Ulises on the beach! Favorite staff!!!

    Lovely Vacation! Wonderful memories. Guests were friendly and respectful. Staff was kind and attentive.

    Beautiful Resort. Clean. Gorgeous beach Butler service was exemplary. Chaviel and Jessica get 10 out 10. Nafa Nadal Tennis Center is fantastic! Service was excellent

    Great attitude and help

    The room’s pool area and resort pool was the best part of the trip. Having butlers help all the time also was very convenient. We had Karime and Freddy and they helped a lot with all restaurant reservations, room services and all.

    Guacamole making class

    We did the guacamole making class with Alan and chef soto! It was so tasty and they were full of fun facts and information! Such a nice tough to the day and it’s all inclusive!!
