I had the best experience with my waiter Jorge Romo — honestly, he made my meal memorable! Not only was he funny, but he also helped me choose the perfect dishes (and he was absolutely right every time). The food was exceptional, but his personality made it even better. He kept the jokes coming, made sure I always had everything I needed, and somehow managed to read my mind when it came to what I wanted to order. Brilliant service from start to finish! If you’re visiting, definitely ask for him — he’ll make your meal 10 times better. Highly recommend!

Amazing trip
Everything was amazing. The staff treated us like family and were very helpful and friendly. They always went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time. We’ve met some amazing people and we will definitely be back. Thank you for helping up make wonderful memories.

The Vine is a fabulous place to stay
Great location on the beach in the HotelZone. Spectacular room on floor 23. Fantastic service by all staff. Food at all restaurants was excellent, portion size was modest and perfect for our needs. Bar service excellent and any drink was available. Shout outs to Jose May Artoro during restaurant service, Martin as Concierge on our floor. Nightly entertainment on site was generally good and atmosphere was happy and friendly. We highly recommend this resort.

Exceeded Expectations!
We got just what we were looking for on our anniversary getaway to Secrets The Vine. This was our 4th stay and we've always had excellent customer service from the staff. This time, we were blown away mainly from the dining staff. Jose May at the Market Cafe treated us like royalty and made every dining experience uniquely special. Majority of the time we had an ocean view scenery to set our eyes upon while indulging in special meals created my the chef. Let's not forget to mention Chef Enrique who whipped up homestyle dishes that catered to our vegan dietary requirements. He makes the best vegan French toast with gourmet stir-fried potatoes with peppers, onions & mushrooms; Fajitas, etc. It's making me hungry thinking about it. A special thanks to Oliver and Ceasar. They provided customer service that made us feel like family at every meal. Our concierge team (Martin & Bruce)was very welcoming with huge smiles and warm personalities. This resort is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches with turquoise water so amazing it looks like what you'd expect to see on a postcard. We would definitely return!

Really fun weekend with friends!
Really awesome weekend trip with friends. Hotel totally met our expectations and we had a great time for a friend's birthday. The breakfast buffet was great! The dinner restaurants were really good and we can't say enough about the staff that helped us the whole time we were there. I went to the spa and it was HEAVEN!!! Had a scrub and massage treatment with Martin and it was just what I needed.
