No reservations required at restaurant - no wait time. Only stayed for one day but the service was excellent - all staff members were professional and friendly. Italian restaurant was yummy. The biggest drawback was that you could hear nightly entertainment from the 17th floor room, so be aware of that being a possible issue - but it was only 8 PM, so perhaps that is too be expected. It did not affect my sleep or overall enjoyment of hotel.

Secrets The Vine - absolutely amazing!!
We have been to this resort numerous times and it is always amazing!! The staff are outstanding! The food is delicious! The ocean view is amazing! The only complaint we have is that the bath towels are rough. If that is our only complaint, life is perfect!

Romantic Getaway!
My boyfriend and I had been counting down the days for this trip! We were so excited to spend a vacation alone, just the 2 of us, no family or friends. A romantic getaway, and let me tell you....SECRETS THE VINE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! From the moment we stepped foot on the property we felt like we were in heaven. The resort was beautiful, the staff was kind, attentive, and always willing to offer help. Our room was perfect, the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the bedding was cozy. We loved waking early every morning, walking down to the beach to watch the sunrise. On our way back from the beach we would seek out our spot to chill for the day. There were 3 pools to choose from and there was a beautiful view from every pool. Plenty of restaurants to choose from all with different cuisine. Just enough entertainment to have a good time, but not too much to where you felt like it was a 21st birthday party every night. We wanted a more mature crowd and not a party scene. This was perfect! Plenty of activities during the day as well. It was easy to navigate the resort and you did not have to go far to get what you needed as the resort is cozy and the layout is so accommodating. It didn't feel small and it certainly was not large. Mexican night was a real treat. It was hosted outdoors with cultural entertainment, and a lovely Mexican buffet with so much assortment you couldn't try everything, it also included many desserts. So, while you were eating a lovely meal you had full entertainment. It was so much fun. I cannot put into words just how amazing the hospitality and service was that we received. TOP NOTCH! We met a few couples who were return visitors and had no plans of trying other resorts as they had found a "home" with The Vine, and we can certainly see why! We cannot wait to return. Looking for a romantic getaway? This is the place!

May 08, 2025Perfect Mother/Daughter Trip
Great hotel style resort. Far less walking to get around than others. Perfect for us traveling with our elderly mother. Food was excellent. Bar services at the pool and inside were excellent. Rooms are a bit older and could use some upgrades. If you want to see the sunset from your room you need to be on the odd # room side. Plus you will be overlooking The Vine resort and not the one next-door. Only a few open-air restaurant choices. Those they have were excellent! The ocean was gorgeous BUT very wavy. Swimming was almost impossible. Lots of variety in entertainment/music/activities all day long.

great time
i've been to a lot of AIs...this one has been great and i'm picky! From Caesar and Angel in the Marketplace, ice cream, great dinners, great beach. I will def be back! Everyone has been so nice and being on the hotel zone u have great proximity to everything.
