From the moment we arrived our concierges, Aldo and Rosana, made us feel right at home. Aldo made the check in process so smooth and Rosana ensured every need was met during our stay, even going above and beyond to help us into an even better room after we had an issue with our original room’s AC. She was so friendly and kind, always offering help and trying to find ways to make our trip more enjoyable. This was our fourth time here and it was by far the best one. We were so spoiled and we can’t wait to return!

Excellent! Hoping to return
We loved our time at Secrets The Vine. As a vegan, I am always skeptical about being able to find good options to eat, but Secrets truly exceeded our expectations. The quality of the vegan food was excellent, and the selection was amazing across restaurants. Our butler, Sebastian, was wonderful, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. A special shout-out to the lovely ladies at the coffee bar — they were consistently warm, kind, and made our mornings even better. We appreciated that there were engaging and fun activities throughout the day, so there was always something to enjoy. The property is beautiful, the pools were fantastic and comfortably warm, and our room was very comfortable with a great view, making it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, a fantastic stay — we would absolutely return.

Overall,beautiful hotel. Restaurants were all good,with limited wait times. Breakfast buffet offered lots of choice.

Amazing trip!!
We had a fantastic vacation at Secrets the Vine. The rooms were amazing, food was great and the staff at this resort will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Will definitely return to this resort!!

Beautiful beach but hotel fell short
Cancun has some of the most beautiful beaches. Love the area. Hotel overall was ok but needs some repairs and upgrades. Would not pay extra for the privilege area. The pool there is too small and impossible to get a seat. Other pools are good and easier to get a chair.
