Excellent place to stay. Great quality. The beds were the comfiest. Clean and neat. Went to the spa, had fantastic massages from Dawn and Knachell! They are the best. The spa bathroom staff, Janice was kind, helpful and sweet. Highly recommend.

Overall the resort was OK. The beds were comfortable. It is quite at night. It does need some updating, and there was renovations happening at this time. The resort was very accommodating, but I often felt lost about entertainment and where to go to eat. I was not notified of an app that I needed to get when I checked in. The check-in information could have been more thorough. It is more of a couples resort than for single people there were a lot of older people there the time we went, which I wish I would’ve known before going. The food was OK. There was only one place for breakfast and it feels like the resort basically shuts down at 10 PM. Therefore, you feel you need to leave the resort for nightly entertainment, which can then become expensive

Place needs a complete overhaul dated and dirty. The pool has a black ring around it. 3 star at best compared to other Secrets don’t bother with this one. Service in pool was terrible. Buffet was beautiful but food was cold and fruit was not ripe why bother.

The AC didn't work in either of the rooms we were assigned so we didn't get much sleep for the entire stay. Carol our server from the Blue Mountain restaurant was wonderful. She tried to help us with our AC issue in the rooms unfortunately it didn't go anywhere. Lots of showers to cool off from restless nights.

It was a good experience, being my first time in Jamaica!
Very nice resort, mostly everyone was willing to accommodate our needs. My only gripe was, housekeeping did keep the room with fresh when servicing the room. The overall experience was good for family and friends. I would definitely go again.
