Super D provided exceptional customer service and anticipated all of our needs, making our stay truly remarkable. Deylin, attending to us at our cabana, did an outstanding job, frequently checking in to ensure our comfort. At the Blue Bar and Grill, both Gabriel and bartender Miguel delivered excellent service. Marlon genuinely went above and beyond, making us feel welcomed and like family. I cannot adequately express how satisfied we are with our experience. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to return!

AMAZING!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The BEST stay with the nicest people!! We opted for the preferred club and it was worth every penny. The pools were amazing and the staff specifically at the preferred pool were so great. Daniela, Obispo, Sebastian, Wilson and Rosa treated us like family and we will miss them! Daniela even found us spots at the pool everyday when all the chairs were full! The drinks and food were 10/10. Marlone and Julio were our go to guys when it came to dinner. We didn’t have to wait EVER because they would keep tables set aside for us. AMAZING!! The beach was soft white and the ocean was bluer and bluer everyday! We did a 10 day stay and enjoyed every second of it. Super D (our preferred butler) was great and so helpful! She texted us every morning and also sent the days activities which was super helpful not having to hunt anything down. She found us nearly everyday to make sure we were having the best stay possible!! AMAZING team at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana!!! 10000/10 experience and we will be back!!

Waiters are terrible they moved the steak house here for renovations .waiter singing while were trying to enjoy are food manger is crap also..breakfasts great.steak house sucks worst of the whole resort.fire these waiters at this place never had shuch an awful experience.

Great couples getaway!!
Celebrated our 31st Wedding anniversary here!! Great experience in the preferred club and Dianna was awesome!! The entertainment, the food and activities were on point. We were able to arrange a private boat getaway for just me and my wife...it was great experience!!

Overall Awesomeness
Our overall stay was awesome - great staff everywhere, including the shows at night, the on-property entertainment, the bartenders, the servers. There were lots of fun activities, delicious food in all the restaurants, great variety at the buffet. It was clean and the grounds are so pretty. The rooms are a nice size and clean. You could enjoy a quiet aera by the pool or be more energetic by the main pool if you wanted that. Had an amazing time:)
