Oct 17, 2025Best entertainment, good staff, clean hotel
The hotel was very nice. I went there with my family and really enjoyed it. The entertainment programs were excellent, and all the restaurants were good except for the Asian one. Most of the staff were very friendly and kind, and the manager, Joanna, was amazing—whenever even the smallest issue came up, she solved it right away. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great time
Went to breathless for a second time as last year the food was awsome check in was quite easy the shows seemed to not be as good as last years birthday party and champagne spray but were still fun the entertainment teamwere good shout out to shanty you can dance now for all the employees at the freestyle pool great job shout out to nico (Nicholas cage) kelvin and a super shout out to the best and most hard working person i seen there angel at the freestyle you were theain reason we came back for a second trip there and 100% did not disappoint you were by fer the best thank you so much from all 10 of us in our group see you all soon but not doon enough thank you all breathless staff keep up the great work

Good service and good party
What a great resort, I have been here 2 times now and I am always impressed by the quality of service by all staff members. The buffet has sooooo many selections it’s hard to go back home and have breakfast after. All of the shows are an absolute production and deserve so much praise! It’s a party resort so be ready to stay up late and enjoy the beautiful evening weather! Tip well! They deserve every cent

Amazing Stay at Breathless Punta Cana!
We had an incredible time at Breathless Punta Cana! Our butler Emilio went above and beyond every day — so thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely kind. Glinny was also wonderful and always smiling, and a big shout-out to Leonidas at the private cabanas for making our beach days unforgettable. Truly top-notch service all around — we can’t wait to come back!

Room 5302 5304 I left a review 2 days ago, and already have more to add- We went to breathless pool for the afternoon and waited half an hour for a drink at the bar, the barman genuinely didn’t care, all drinks wrong or missing, moping about. When I say we waited half an hour for a drink I don’t mean until we got served this is from WHEN we got served. For dinner we made our way over to the Cullinaria for dinner, we were told there was a wait, not rough time,we were given a buzzer and told to come back when it went off, we were happy to sit at the lobby bar and wait, after 45 minutes our buzzer went off, I turnt it off and went up to the stand. As we waited for assistance it went off again so again I’ve turnt it off. When we were seen by a girl with an extremely rude attitude and we were told it didn’t go off and we were wrong with a very smug look. I would also like to add 3 other tables got seated instantly in this time. We then tried going to 3 other restaurants all fully booked, over an hour wait or ‘breathless guests only’ so we had to go back to the room and eat god awful room service, which included the floating salad. This morning we went for breakfast where we had to get our own cutlery and glasses and even pour our own water, no orange juice, English tea was made with cold water and the coffee just didn’t come? When I kindly asked the gentleman if he could get the coffee he looked at me like I’d asked him to get coffee from the moon, he reluctantly came over poured the leftover coffee from a jug which filled about a quarter of the cup and slapped some creamer in to the top. Another broken toilet roll holder in one of our rooms. I’m starting to learn that there really is no standard of service at this hotel, thankfully we only have 2 nights left, I wonder what else will happen?
