Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and his family in the preferred suites over Halloween weekend. All of us absolutely loved our experience and would 10/10 return here. The only issue we had was a long wait at the breakfast buffet, but that's only because we needed a table for 5. There is an a la carte breakfast restaurant in the preferred guest area where we never had a wait so we ate there most days. The staff was absolutely amazing, especially our personal concierge, Martin. The service at the pool was excellent. We were always able to find pool chairs. The 2 pools closest to the beach are more lively with activities and music. The beach was beautiful and swimmable. The nightly entertainment was excellent and always different, which made our stay more interesting. The hotel is gorgeous, the suites were very comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. The only restaurant we didn't make it to was the Asian but the food was superb.

Memorable stay
Completely took us by surprise for all the good reasons. We were expecting an amazing experience from reviews and it was incredible in person. The food was top quality. Staff in all departments went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Would highly recommend

Perfect Vacation Getaway
Everything was excellent from my arrival to departure. I wouldn’t change a thing. The staff are accommodating, friendly, helpful, professional. Food was delicious and they offered a variety of options to choose from. Views from the balcony were amazing. Highly recommend this for an upscale vacation. There was no need to even leave the resort.
