    Beautiful area and phenomenal staff

Wow! We have been on many all-inclusive vacations and this one was the most relaxing, easy holiday ever in a quiet, beautiful area. We had the standard food and drink plan in an all-inclusive Air Canada vacation from Toronto. The food and drinks were plentiful and delicious. I am sure we gained several pounds through the week. Resort staff are phenomenal. Everyone is so kind, friendly and helpful. From Marilisa and all the front desk staff to Paul, Dillon, Arturo and Jacqueline at concierge to all the restaurant and bar staff and the maintenance and cleaning crew. Everyone goes above and beyond in service. I know I am missing many names here but Roy, Gabriella, David, Tony, Rual, Shanisha, Marilee, Shaun, Jayde….. Absolutely everyone needs a mention and an award for excellent customer service. Our room on the second floor was beautiful – clean and comfortable. Every room at this resort has a gorgeous ocean view. Evening entertainment was perfect for us – usually live music by the outdoor bar until around 9:30. Weather was a bit windy on the first couple days but calmed later and every day was enjoyable - we were here from the end of November into early December. You can see fish from the pier and at the neighboring resort – Morritt’s – you can snorkel around the pier and see so many fish and some stingrays. We spent many hours floating around. The only concern about the resort is the garbage floating onto the beach. Possibly this is from the hurricane that hit Jamaica. Resort staff does their best to clean this up each morning. We went on an island tour purchased through Leon’s taxi service and spent time at the Seven Mile Beach, Georgetown cruise ship port, Rum Point and visited the geological site called Hell and also saw the blow hole. The Ocean Frontiers Reef and Rays excursion – a gift for attending a time share presentation - was fantastic. We swam with and fed -& kissed- stingrays and did some snorkeling. The concierge arranged for us to go from there to starfish point for an hour and then they had a taxi pick us up to go back to the resort. Air Canada didn’t provide transport from the airport and back as was promised when we purchased the package. We saved receipts for transport and will see if we get reimbursed. Truly – that doesn’t matter too much to us – it was a hiccup in an otherwise flawless holiday. Thank you, Wyndham Reef Resort! Please continue doing what you do so well. We want to come back sometime soon!

    Paradise found!

This resort is located away from George Town and is a very quiet, relaxing experience. We would not reccomend this if you do not have transportation to explore the island, seven mile beach, and all the interesting points along the way. Property has everything you need, offers all inclusive, and a concierge to help you book adventures. We were especiallly impressed with the cleanliness of our room and entire property.

    Quiet place with great snorkeling

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It’s more of a condo/timeshare community than a typical resort. Food and activities are limited. HOWEVER, if you like a quiet pace, a beautiful sandy beach and a place to snorkel without going far, this is the place for you. I snorkeled every day and saw something new each time. Sting rays, sand rays, flounder, barracuda, spiny lobsters, huge tarpon, tons of colorful angelfish, butterfly fish, parrotfish, and the biggest school of fish right under the resort dock. Overall, had a wonderful time and the staff were great.

    Wonderful Resort Experience

My husband and I traveled here during my 32nd week of pregnancy for our babymoon. The location, staff, amenities, menus, rooms, services, and accommodations were everything we could've hoped for and more! We would love to come back with our baby daughter once she's born.
