Okay Visit

Food was excellent as well as the dining staff. Cedericka and Francine were extremely courteous. Room service was somewhat not up to par. Had to call for towels and washcloths. Reservation staff was friendly. Can't remember the young lady at the reservation desk believe she was a manager she greeted me each time she saw me and made sure I was comfortable. One thing I noticed only certain guests received a complementary welcome soft drink cocktail from the manager. I believe his name was Jemel. Overall an okay visit but wouldn't return.

Awesome place

It may not be the fanciest place, but what makes it fantastic is the staff, the food, affordable, and easy access to other places. We had a week long blast!!! We would definitely stay at the Warwick again.

Amazing

We read a lot of reviews and too their advice, soooo thankful for that. To sum some of it up: GO TO CABBAGE Beach. You have to sign up early (7am) on the day(s) you want to go; but they shuttle you to the beach at 10 or 11, provide a chair, umbrella, towel, lunch, and drinks, then they shuttle you back to the hotel even though it’s only.a 5 minute walk if you miss the shuttle. You just are not guaranteed all the goodies if you walk. It is like walking into a pool. Amazing beach! Make your reservations for the Italian and steakhouse RIGHT when you get to the hotel. It Book up fast and you don’t want to miss out! The aquarium at Atlantis is free after 6. It is a 10 minute walk but Warwick sends a shuttle at 8pm over there and will pick you up at 11. It is beautiful and worth seeing at least once if not more. Overall it was an amazing trip and the hotel was wonderful! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Riu Vs Warwick

We stayed 3 nights at the Riu Palace Hotel then transferred to the Warwick for our final nights stay. What a disappointment from service and amenities to the actual beach. The Riu had 24 hour room service and at the Warwick 9:00 PM no one would answer the phone. There is no beach at the Warwick its a tiny man made area that's so shallow you could barely swim. The buffet at the Warwick was half the size of the Riu and people were bumping into each other around the buffet line. Also at night there was a spotlight for light on each balcony it was so bright you couldn't see the harbor. At the Warwick we did have a corner room with plenty of windows which was very nice and the room was double the size of the Riu it was the only nice feature of the resort.
