    Enjoyable Nassau!

    Enjoyed our experience at Atlantis, stayed at The Cove, it was very luxurious Pools and beach were great as was the casino. Food was a little expensive but I expected that at a resort property.

    An exceptional stay for a first time visit

    Having visited Atlantis multiple times over the years this was our first time to stay at the Cove and it was excellent. The property and rooms were top rate, although some areas were under construction it did not detract from our enjoyment during the stay.

    Billing issues and no help

    I brought 8 guest to Atlantis for my annual trip this year and it was the worst experience I have ever had with billing issues and no assistance from anyone on the property. I was passed along for days and promised return calls that I never received. I could not relax and enjoy my vacation at all due to billing concerns and no answers. I will likely not return and will start staying at Baha Mar in the future. I checked out two days ago and there are still large holds on my credit card and no return calls from the property as promised.
