    Outstanding Service from Maluma, Gustavo, and Jair!

    Our experience at the hotel was truly elevated thanks to the exceptional staff. Maluma was incredibly caring and made sure everyone had a great time, his energy and enthusiasm as a playmaker brought so much fun to our stay. He went above and beyond to keep guests engaged and happy. Gustavo and Jair provided excellent service during breakfast and lunch at the buffet. They were attentive, friendly, and always made sure our needs were met. A special mention to Gustavo for offering to have fresh papaya juice made when it ran out, such thoughtful and personalized service! These three truly embody what great hospitality is all about. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

    Making the best of life.

    Great service, entertaining atmosphere food was awesome staff was very attentive to our needs and became very good friend with one of the playmakers MALUMA that I feel went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience.

    Celebrated my 40th birthday at Temptation Resort, and it was unforgettable! 🎉 From the moment I arrived, the energy was nonstop — great vibes, amazing people, and a party that never ends. A huge shoutout to the Playmaker Maluma, who made my birthday extra special! 💃🏽🎂 His energy, fun spirit, and attention to guests truly set the tone for the best celebration ever. The resort itself was clean, lively, and full of entertainment from morning to night. The music, the food, the pool parties — everything exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a place to let loose, feel free, and celebrate life surrounded by positive vibes — Temptation is the spot!
