I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday with my husband at Serenity. Everyone is so kind and always asking if you having a great time. I like to give a special shout out to our butler Neri, our room attendants Trisha, Simeon and Shirley, resturant staff Sabby and Hannah. October 2025 Honeymoon Experience
Went on our honeymoon here and it was everything we wanted and more! The resort is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are magical and the food was delicious. What really makes them stand out is the extraordinary service! Our butler, McCarthy was amazing!! Daniel and Tyler in the kitchen were so kind!! Kevin the bartender really made you feel welcomed and Jonathan and his friendliness and humor was great!

Best trip ever!
Amazing experience from start to finish! I have not even one negative thing to say about the entire trip. Every staff member we encountered was fabulous. Our butlers, McCarthy and Daniel were so attentive and amazing. I can't say enough good things about them. I truly did not want to leave. Kevin, Toya and Natasha were also so great throughout our stay. The food, drinks, really the entire atmosphere was spot on. It was exactly the getaway we needed to celebrate our anniversary! We were only there for 4 days, but we will definitely be back.

Amazing Honeymoon Experience
This place is beyond amazing!! It seems like a TV show when you get there. Everyone is super friendly and it is picture perfect. The staff is amazing. Everyone is super friendly. Our butler Ethan was amazing! Ethan helped us plan all our day trips. This was a perfect relaxing yet fun destination. Thank you to Delon and Charles who were so much fun! The dinners we went to were amazing and they are all inclusive. We went to the spa a few times which was a wonderful experience. We had Abigal and Clea who were super nice and amazing. I would highly recommend this resort especially for a honeymoon. This resort is AMAZING!!

My favorite vacation ever !
My husband and I travel a lot over the 40 years together.This place was by far the best we have ever been to. Our room was decorated for my birthday and very close to pool and restaurant. The people are so kind and really welcoming and want you to have the best experience. The employees are absolutely the kindest individuals. We loved our butler Kaisha she was always so pleasant and always checking on us . Also let’s mention all the other outstanding staff members. Kim , Kevin , Charles , Ray , Johnathon the coconut man , and Lee and the wait staff @ Greathouse . We are already started planning anther visit next year and we’re bringing 17 family members along . Thank you all so much for the best 10 days I have ever had . See you again 💜 Charles & Diana Green
