Oct 06, 2025Beautiful location poor accommodation for the price
Great location close to airport. This is a premium hotel however my room allocation and check in was not! Unfair I had to move several times. I paid for delux sea view I didn’t get that. You have to pay more. I didn’t think it was value for money as a solo traveller. I didn’t receive the same check in experience as others no glass of bubbly on arrival no explanation of the hotel its facilities and activities I had to find out myself and they either put me above the multiple noisy fans in room 1520 or in an adjoining room with very noisy neighbours on 16th floor or in a room where the power points were damaged on 19th floor and couldn’t be fully repaired meaning climbing underneath a desk to charge my phone the room allocation and check in was very poor. Fire alarms went off twice between 125 am and 2am there was no communication to reassure us at the time or anytime after. That was not good. Apart from reception and check in other staff in the hotel including market cafe the pool area or at the coffee bar and in Oriental restaurant were brilliant. Plenty sun beds that are super comfy, great beach, great entertainment and gym. Spa is shockingly overpriced and booking this hotel was one of my main reasons as it had a spa but I wouldn’t pay those prices. Overall I don’t think it was value for money, service was inconsistent at reception, rooms they put me in were much poorer than expected and they ought to have ensured delux allocation from the outset I did feel discriminated against being a solo traveller due to the room allocation and all the issues I experienced. The broader services at breakfast was fab that and poolside service was the best.

Terrible Rooms
We changed rooms 3 times. I am 7 months pregnant and switching rooms was such a hassle and no one compensated us for our troubles. First room the AC was broken and the second room we had a crazy neighbor knock on our door at 11PM drunk asking for a charger and yelling on the balcony naked. The third room the neighbor’s kept their TV on all night on high volume till the next morning. The rooms here suck as you can hear every little noise unless your drunk enough to knock out. The food was good and the service from the servers were excellent. Do not come here if you do not drink. The manager offered us a free hydrotherapy session to make up for the room situation but when we got to the spa they told me I could not participate because I am pregnant. They also kept offering wine which I clearly cannot have. We got no sleep here and what was supposed to be a relaxing trip just made me more exhausted.

Returned for 3rd visit for 3 weeks Hotel requires a bit of renovation not much has changed in last 6 years. Food was amazing as ever apart from the room service which was awful. Music can be a bit loud at pool and repetitive. Stayed in preferred room view was amazing however the noise of the AC spoils it. Cocktails at preferred bar were the best in hotel the food there is below standard. Cesar in the market cafe was exceptional he made our visits special, Alberto waiter at the pool is also very hardworking he never stops and goes out of his way to provide great service. Overall enjoyed our visit.

Great Experience
Great location food beach pool. Clean room. It's a nice small footprint. A nice change from the larger resorts I've been to. I would definitely recommend.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. Everything is top-notch! The drinks by the pool the drinks in the lobby bar the food at the restaurant all excellent. The Italian was probably my favorite restaurant followed by the Asian. Great location and accommodations! I would like to thank our waiter Armando for doing such a great job and being so welcoming! Also the pool entertainment staff! Jose was a delight! Christian at the lobby bar was so great!! So enjoyed our days there!
