    A Great Week

    Secrets the Vine was the perfect spot for our 6-woman retirement celebration! Mauricio made check-in smooth and upgraded our rooms. Cristina kept us comfy all week. Our rooms on the 23rd floor were close to everything. Poolside service from Alberto, Arturo, and Benjamin was top-notch. Breakfast? Head to Market Cafe—Samara’s omelets and the team (Humberto, Abigail, Angel, José) made mornings great. There was such a wonderful variety of fruits, some of which I've never before even seen (maracuya - passion fruit, for example). José surprised us on our final morning with a plate of yummy pastries as a thank you - the perfect send off! We loved the Italian and steakhouse dinners with stellar service from Abidiel, Manuel, and an excellent bartender. Tried private dining and Mexican night—great setting, mixed food reviews. Brianne conducted daily morning yoga/pilates classes, which were geared to beginners, but great for anyone. The gym has a to die for view, as it's on the 12th floor. Try the chloryphyll drink designed to rid the body of fungus and other ailments! The craft project was fun and it made for a nice souvenir of the trip, since I did no other shopping. Aisha made the activities truly memorable, especially Casino Night. 10/10 trip!

    Perfect getaway for my husband and I.

    My husband and I have been to this resort twice. We went back because we loved it the first time we went and the second time was just as great, if not, better. We hope to be back again in the future!

    All members exceeded my expectations & anticipated my needs during my stay. Their level of excellence is unparalleled and that which I've never seen before in any other establishment. I'm truly grateful I got to experience it. It made my stay a dream come true.

    Best Resort in Cancun

    I spend 10 days in Secrets the Vine hotel in cancun, and it was fantastic. The highlights of our stay was staff and their attentiveness. They are all super professional and sweet, and made our stay unforgettable and special. They gave us farewell gifts and souvenirs, and it was an emotional goodbye. Personalized care, spacious rooms, two closets in each room, two sinks, gorgeous view and outstanding customer service are what we experienced during out stay. Entertainment team went above and beyond to provide awesome nights for guests. The rock band was the best show, the lead singer voice is other worldly, they are all super talented. Food was great, extremely clean and absolutely gorgeous; a truly up scale resort. Final note:
I hope the management sees this review and appreciates the following exemplary employees: Jose (manager)at the Market restaurant, Nicole, the host at the Market restaurant, Pedro our smiley server at the market restaurant, Aisha with the entertainment team, Sebastian, our amazing, super professional concierge, The Rock band and the talented lead vocalist, Wilder at the Mexican restaurant.
