The Market Cafe hostesses Michelle & Nadia, manager Jose were exceptional in service, kindness, and overall very personal. Also, Hector/Carlos were the same as individual butlers, and the Infinity pool workers. Quality of bar wine was poor.

Excellent food and staff
Highly recommend this resort. The food was incredible and the staff were exceptional. Everyone was extremely kind. Sebastian was excellent at the Fusion restaurant and huge thank you to Isidro the chef. They were absolutely wonderful! We came to this restaurant twice during our stay and will definitely be returning!

Outstanding service, culinary skills and entertainment
The service at the Market Cafe was outstanding especially from Pedro (Edgar and Jeduani). The food was delicious and there was so much variety. We appreciated Pedro making us feel special and welcome. The hotel was luxurious and comfortable. The all inclusive feature was incredible. The choices of restaurants was great. The Ribeye steak at Bluewater Grill was the best I’ve ever had. The nightly entertainment was very fun and talented. The Wednesday Mexico celebration was amazing. The morning room service was top notch and an abundance of food.

Fantastic resort and great experience with a small hiccup
We stayed at this resort for the first time during our initial visit to Cancun, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. It truly deserves its five-star rating. 1. Our ocean-view room on the 20th floor was spacious, spotless, and offered breathtaking views of the sea. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was pristine and relaxing. 2. The pools were well-maintained, and there were plenty of sunbeds available, making it easy to unwind by the water. 3. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of options catering to different tastes. The food was undeniably one of the highlights of our stay. We especially loved the dishes at Mexico Bar and Blue Water Grill. 4. Entertainment was abundant, with exciting daytime activities and captivating nightly shows. The entertainment team was fantastic, always ensuring guests had a great time. 5. The staff were generally warm, polite, and accommodating—except for one disappointing encounter at reception. When we arrived at 5 PM, well past the check-in time, we had to wait around 40 minutes for our room to be cleaned. Karen, the receptionist, was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no apology for the delay. Unfortunately, each interaction with her throughout our stay was consistent with this poor attitude, which stood in stark contrast to the exceptional service provided by the rest of the team. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return.

We are here right now, spending our final night before we fly home tomorrow. Here are my thoughts: PROS 1. great pools! 2. beautiful views! 3. comfortable rooms, with fantastic showers! 4. buffet breakfast and lunch were great! CONS 1. check in was awful. We arrived to the hotel a couple of hours prior to 3 pm check in. Antonio told us he would call to let us know our room was ready. At 2:45, checked with Antonio and he said room was still being prepped. At 3:39, no word so went to find Antonio and he was no longer on shift. Spoke with Manager. Got into room, and it was dirty. So they moved us to another room. It was annoying considering we had been up since 4 AM to catch our flight. 2. spa - I decided to splurge and scheduled four daily massages across the 5 days we were there. I had asked for a male masseur (for religious reasons). Checked in for third massage and was told masseur went home an hour ago. I had stopped by the desk 40 mins before the massage and no one made mention of this. So I cancelled both remaining massages. 3. last night - leak from AC pipe in ceiling resulting in drip. Maintenance said we had to change rooms. That prooved to be a debacle. Took them an hour to get us situated into a new room. Unfortunately, Antonio from check in at the front desk was handling this sitch. I’d love to come back, but I don’t think we will given that there are so many other adults only Ai resorts here.
