“Above and Beyond: A Truly Amazing Resort Experience”
From the moment we arrived at the resort, we knew we were in for something special. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable, and we left feeling relaxed, pampered, and genuinely cared for. First, the food — absolutely outstanding. Every meal we had was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. A special shout-out to Mercedes at the Dragon Restaurant, who made our dining experience and birthday celebration truly exceptional. Her warm personality and attention to detail was impeccable. Additionally, her team was amazing. Our waiter, Alexander was also very attentive. His deep knowledge of the menu turned every dinner into a memorable event. He recommended the house specialties with such enthusiasm, and each one exceeded our expectations. The service across the entire resort was top-tier. Jova, the bartender, deserves his own round of applause. Not only were his cocktails crafted to perfection, but his energy and charisma lit up the bar every night. He remembered our favorite drinks and always had great conversation to share — the kind of bartender who becomes part of your vacation story. And then there’s Stefano and Hector, our personal concierge — what a gem! when booking Preferred club. They made sure we had everything we needed in our room, their professionalism and genuine desire to help made a world of difference. Nothing was too much trouble, and they handled every request with efficiency and grace. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but it’s the people like Mercedes, Alexander, Jova, Hector and Stephano who truly elevate the experience. Their passion and hospitality are the heart of this place. We can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Amazing service from so many. Cesar, Daniela, Nicole and Michelle were exceptional. Having people remember your favorites and bringing them to you without even asking is so special. Had an amazing time and can't wait to return!
