  Paradise for all ages

  This resort is absolutely amazing! From beginning to end our stay was top notch. We had a preferred swim out, King suite with a pool view, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The room was large in size and the swim out was perfect for the days you just wanted to relax and not leave the room. The food at this resort is 10 out 10. So many options I wish we would’ve stayed longer just so I could try everything off all of the menus. There is something to cater to everyone’s culinary tastes. And for those that prefer a more basic dining experience. They also offer chicken, wings, and burgers, and french fries.. The preferred lobby drinks were absolutely incredible. The bartenders are very creative. If you ask them to make you something of their choice. Our favourite restaurant was definitely the Italian. I believe we visited the restaurant four times during our stay because there were so many options to choose from. The pizza and pasta are both delicious. The service staff were always incredibly polite and happy to serve you. The sports bar was never busy, but we always made our way there after dinner to see Patricio . He is very quiet and shy and and although there was a language barrier, he always tried his best to understand what we were saying and we formed a great connection with him and exchange numbers when we left. we were sad to leave him. We will miss him as he was a staple in our stay we always enjoyed seeing his smile, and he always went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Never having to ask for a refill he was always quick to replace the empty glass. There was always something to do at the pools Throughout the day, they always had games and activities for guests to participate in and you could win a bottle of rum for each competition so that was super fun. The entertainment staff was very lively throughout the day and very interactive and fun.. our favourite entertainment stuff were Adely and “coca cola” both of them were so personable and made me feel like home. always trying to get us to participate and interact with either dancing or playing games or just simply having conversations to get to know each other and their culture. both of them very professional and great at what they do. Adely was especially fantastic and we will miss her. overall I would write this resort a 10 out of 10 This resort offers everything for all ages. The only negative thing that I would have to say, but doesn’t affect my review of the resort is that the beach was heavily covered in seaweed but that is not anybody’s fault but mother nature’s. every day they had beach commerce trying to remove the seaweed, but there was simply so much they could not keep up during our stay. as the season progresses I suspect that the beach will be much cleaner as tides change and weather changes. If you prefer a more calm beach or swim bowl area, you can simply walk a few metres to the left and enjoy the beach. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this resort, it’s top notch, and truly one of the nicest ones I’ve ever been to.

  Wonderful time in paradise!!!

  We enjoyed our stay at Secrets Cap Cana. The rooms were clean and spacious. The property was beautiful. The food was excellent. Our butler Carlos was amazing! He text us every morning with the day’s activities, did our dinner and beach bed reservations, checked on us multiple times during the day and arranged our transportation to the Hard Rock. Anything we needed, Carlos took care of it. I can’t recommend him enough! All the staff there is great. They truly make you feel like family. We will definitely come back and will be requesting Carlos as our butler.

  We highly recommend Secrets Cap Cana as a top tier, adults only, all-inclusive resort.

  Secrets Cap Cana was absolutely the best all inclusive resort we ever vacationed at! From arrival to departure the staff are attentive and friendly. (We’ve never been to a resort that the staff approach you if you look like you have a question) every single staff we encountered was more than happy to help or exchange pleasantries. Our first night we asked where the entertainment theatre was and we were accompanied by a staff member to it (sorry we forget his name) Our concierge Israel (Izzy) was absolutely perfect!! From arranging a special occasion meal in our room, to helping make appointments at the spa, minor repairs and helping customize the room to make our comfort that much better (adding chairs to the balcony so we could enjoy the full ocean view) One night we locked ourselves out of our safe and he arranged security to assist, it was such a quick response security had to wait 8 minutes for the safe to time out (it starts at 15minutes) this kept us on time for our teppanyaki reservation. Izzy we want to give you a special thanks for helping make our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be asking for you the next time we come back!! We got one of the spa packages and had two couples massage with hydrotherapy and wow talk about productive deep tissue massages, my second masseuse Rosmary has great technique and skills. The resort was spotless and sanitary throughout even the common restrooms. The grounds are well manicured and stunning. The tiered infinity pool offers tons of chairs and incredible views. The restaurants and service staff work hard to bring hot fresh and tasty dishes. All restaurants have unique flavours and options. The beach was pretty and they were working hard to keep the sargassum to a minimum- this year has been a bad year for it and it’s usually done by August. If you walk the beach you see how much work Secrets does to keep it minimal. In short we would highly recommend Secrets Cap Cana as a top tier, adults only all inclusive resort that exceeded all expectations!

  True Paradise

  My husband and I went to Secrets Maroma last year for our first all-inclusive, and while we loved it, we wanted to try somewhere new this year. We chose Secrets Cap Cana, and I honestly don’t even know where to begin. This is the only vacation I truly did not want to leave. I always love traveling, but I’m usually excited to get back home too, not this time. Our stay simply didn’t feel long enough. A huge part of that is because of our incredible butler, Carlos. He was always around, always available, and always genuinely happy to help with anything and everything we needed. You can truly tell that Carlos loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction. He makes you feel completely taken care of. We had a small hiccup during our stay, and Carlos went above and beyond to make it right. Because of him, the rest of our trip felt even more appreciated, welcomed, and special. Carlos and the entire staff work so hard to create an experience that is relaxing, seamless, and truly enjoyable from start to finish. I also have to mention the amazing staff at Coco Café, especially Alexandrea. I couldn’t wait to get my coffee there every single morning! Her friendliness and warm energy made it such a special part of our daily routine. I honestly can’t believe I’m already considering booking a second trip to the same resort. There are so many places in the world to explore, but now I feel like my standards have been set incredibly high especially with our Preferred Club Bungalow oceanfront swim-out room and Carlos by our side. Next time, we will absolutely be staying 7 days instead of the 5 days we did this time because this was true paradise. Thank you so much Carlos, for making this trip unforgettable!

  Paradise with top notch service

  Outstanding pools; beach; food and customer service. Miguel Butler and David at preferred lounge go above and beyond and top notch. Watch the receipts and that prices accurate at gift shop which is not owned by resort. Nit pucky stuff - I think housekeeping should do more in preferred rooms; including towel animals and extra special touches especially when you tip. You also can’t buy beautiful coffee mugs at coffee shop or get them used for a souvenir - I mean ones they use to serve you not branded ones. Gel Pedicure at spa $200 - and there is no massage chair; they initially did not have glue to fix a crack in my nail. Not so not picky feedback - sewer toilet smell from late afternoon to morning. One night I could not order room service thru app - unavailable. I booked for next year - customer service of everyone is outstanding as was our Butler Miguel.
