I'm not the type to leave an essay.. The summary is my wife & I really enjoyed our stay at Royalton Chic. The place is very clean and it's super convenient to enjoy the beach, right on the resort. We had butlers included with our package - Daniel and Stef were always happy & ready to help with any questions we had. We chanced upon a boxing class held at the gym and Esteban was a great instructor. Really, great vibes all around. Truly enjoyed their pool parties and the rooftop events were a new experience for us! We've been to Cancun a few times & all around the Caribbean... The rooftop parties here were a first. I didn't like that those parties were cash only and everything was extra. Managers, If you're worried about over indulgence, restrict drinks with tickets or something like that. That portion was a lackluster experience. But, there was a server there named GetsomeMoney (lol) who was super pleasant and looked out. All food was good with the exception of the rooftop restaurant and surprisingly the steakhouse. Servers were great all around. The Diamond club has a small lounge for access to real alcohol (lol). Much appreciated. Conclusion: Check it out!

The butlers made it worth it
I booked the Royalton chic resort for a family birthday trip. The size of the jr suites were generous, more than expected. What really took the experience to the next level was the attentiveness and service our the butlers Stef and Daniel! They worked with my family many requests. We were spread out over multiple floors and with competing wants and they were able to accommodate them all. Stef even went above and beyond to correct a transportation issue after she was off work.
