    Great vibe

    Great vibe at the hotel. Food is good but they could have more seafood/halal options. Overall we had a great experience but the pool closes early and there isn’t much to do at night. Our butlers Marisol and Arturo were really attentive and responsive. The elevators though are really slow and it became something we would plan for.

    Went for the weekend and had a great time. The resort was well kept and the service was excellent. Sandra went above and beyond to make sure our group had all we needed! Thanks!

    Bachelor Party Done Right!

    Came for a Bachelor Party weekend and this location was the perfect!!! If you get the chance, get the Diamond Club room. From check-in forward it's worth it. I was lucky to have Daniel and Luis as butlers and the word professionalism doesn't even do them justice, real Class A service honestly. The bartenders, the party hosts, the housekeepers and everyone else in between make me want to come back again and again.

    I would go back

    Butler's Samara and Esteban were great, making our trip a true vacation, handling our plans and needs. The main buffet on the 2nd floor can use a slight upgrade.

    September experience

    Excellent service and the staff was extremely attentive. The food was exceptional as well. Only down side was the amount of seaweed this time of year at the beach. If you wake up early there are periods where you can enjoy clear waters for a few hours.
