  Cancun Royalton chic

  Our stay at the Royalton chic Cancun was exceptional. The hotel food and staff were incredible. Our butlers marisol and arturo were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Would highly recommend Cancun and this hotel

  Royalton Fit

  Royalton Fit! The classes are amazing all the staff are so helpful and friendly. I did the yoga and Pilates with Gloria - she was an amazing teacher! We did such a good flow and a proper workout. Boxing with Esteban was a real hard workout- I really enjoyed it. The staff also do Aqua fit and which is so much fun. I will miss the classes and the lovely staff!

  Butlers Always Saved the Day!

  A group of friends and I booked this hotel for a 50th birthday celebration last week. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and quickly checked in at the diamond club check in and lounge. We really liked the atmosphere and aesthetics of the lobby. We were immediately taken to a lovely sitting area by an employee who wanted to explain and go over the hotel amenities, locations of restaurants, event schedule during our stay etc. We had a long travel day and wanted to get into our room and get something to eat however it seemed the employee whose job it really is was to get us into the Prime membership presentation persisted so we had to say enough! We were then kindly introduced to our butlers Daniel and Stef who took us to our rooms, which were nice, spacious and clean with wonderful views of the breathtaking beach and turquoise water off the balcony. Daniel and Stef showed us all the room amenities and went through the TV menu for room service and all other selections we may want to use. They also made sure we knew they would be available for anything through Whatsapp should we have any special or specific requests. Daniel and Stef accommodated each and every request we had throughout our stay without hesitation and made appearances often throughout our stay as well. I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful these two were and this more than anything made our stay ultimately a great experience even with some drawbacks that the hotel had. There were a lot of construction noises going on and the hot water was out for 26 hours during our stay. Hotel was in need of a little general maintenance and paint in places (our door frame was coming off the wall) and the elevators were just downright frustrating, hampering all guests from getting around efficiently and was always the topic of conversation when waiting for or riding the elevators between guests. Fixing this one issue alone would greatly improve the reception of the hotel for guests. Food was definitely hit and miss, often just not measuring up to rest of the experience the hotel was providing. Hunter Steakhouse was very good however (our favorite) and we enjoyed great coffee at Insomnia Cafe as well. There was Mexican theme night that was awesome, very entertaining and had a whole market and buffet which was great. Bartenders were mostly good, made great drinks, were very pleasant and helpful except for a few at the Taboo lounge in the evenings, otherwise almost all hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. The pools, cabanas, loungers and beach area were fantastic with plenty of palm trees, soft white sand and stunning water. We enjoyed our hydrotherapy sessions at the Spa too, Kelvin and Raymond were terrific and took excellent care of us. The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the hotel zone, easy to get to anything. Gaby who was offering excursions was also absolutely amazing and definitely the reason we booked one, she took great care of us during the booking and after visiting us many times. Meeting other guests from all over the world was a special surprise as well, everyone was so kind. Back to Daniel and Stef who were key in making this experience so wonderful at the end of the day. It is people like these two that restore the faith that you can find amazing service out there in the world and was the strongest piece of why we overall enjoyed our stay at Royalton Chic Cancun. I was questioning the value and extra price paid for the diamond club amenities and services but both Daniel and Stef provided us with World Class Service that will not be forgotten and is what truly made it worth it, we thank them tremendously for that. Royalton should definitely hold onto these two gems!

  Amazing time at Royalton CHIC!

  Well, let's start with check-in. We had Diamond Club and I know a lot of ppl said with was not worth it but I highly disagree! We had an amazing set of butlers SAMARA AND ESTEBAN that went above and beyond for us during the whole time we were there. There were a few hiccups. We did lose ALL hot water for almost 48 hours, but it was out of the hotel's hands and they did everything in their capacity to keep us informed of what was going in. I will definitely agree that the elevator talk is true! They are slow. I know you are on vacation and you take it with a grain of salt, but when you are going down to the lobby at 8am and have to wait almost 15 minutes, it kind of starts the day off a tad bit annoyed! But nonetheless!!! Every single person that we came in contact with on the staff were amazing! I cannot say enough -- FROM SAMARA AND ESTEBAN, our butlers -- to Christian at the Diamond Club pool outside -- to Kuri who was in the Diamond Club -- our waiters and waitresses, there are sooooo many to name, but all amazing! The Hotel is located within 25 mins from the airport!! Always a plus after a flight down to MX. The rooms were very spacious! and the views are amazing! We are definitely going back to Royalton CHIC! I thought the food was very good standard and the drinks and entertainment were always keeping us having a great time! Till next December, friends!!!!

  Birthday Trip to Cancun

  The overall resort is nice but small. Ocean view was amazing. Butlers Iran and Sandra were the best. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was great.
