Esteban put butler was amazing . He helped us with the issues with had very efficiently that it made out holiday even more enjoyable.. we will defo be coming back again and requesting Esteban.

Chic Royalton 2025
We had truly phenomenal trip staying at the chic Royalton. We stayed in Diamond club and Sandra went above and beyond to take care of all our needs. She responded quickly and was a wonderful presence. Our wedding planner, Adan, was also highly professional, helpful and extremely accommodating. Our entire wedding party is raving about their time there!

My fifth visit and the best yet
My fifth visit to chic a few staff changes since I was here 7 months ago but one thing doesn't change the level of service is truly outstanding once again I must say a big thank you to my long time friend Gloria Vazquez not only a great gym supervisor but a great person to and her amazing team of instructors xaindain,esterban and Adan please go to one of there classes you won't regret it I was lucky enough to have the dream team of butlers Sandra and Iran who one again made sure everything ran smooth and made my 21 night stay even more enjoyable a big thank you to the buffet staff breakfast,lunch and dinner shift and Ana and tonantzi on the dinner for the excellent service I look forward to seeing you all again soon in the meantime stay safe Brian

Royalton Chic
Gilbert and Cesar (and Sandra) took excellent care of us. They were so friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to help us with stuff on the property and in the local community. No task too big or too small.
