Room Bookings

The resort was very nice, The staff was super friendly. The only thing i had a problem with is the bed. I booked a king size and was given two doubles. Other than that, it was perfect!!

Amazing Trip

All staff was amazing. Especially the event staff always had something fun planned with different events and show each night and pool parties during the day. Beach and pool were both great and overall we loved every minute of this trip!

Great First Jamaican Trip

My boyfriend and I went to Jamaica for the first time and absolutely fell in love with it! Everything went so smoothly - I was looking for the catch. What's going to go wrong here? We relaxed on the beach, pool side, patio side and soaked it all it. The staff was amazing, always smiling and helpful. Leon at the front desk checked us in smiling and joking around, almost getting us pumped up for our stay and Jeremy was a great bellhop who helped us with our bags upon arrival. If it was a rainy morning there was a covered commons area where the staff had games and plenty to do, including the nightly entertainment. FOOD - Food was good. Breakfast buffet had an endless supply of options - omelet station, french toast, ice cream, smoothies, eggs, fruit, bacon, cereal, pastries etc. If you've had breakfast, it's there. The steak house and Italian restaurants were our favorites. I felt the Chinese restaurant was bland, my boyfriend thought it was good. Different opinions come with different tastes. DRINKS - There are drink menus (same at all of the bars) with fun tropical drinks. There is no top shelf, this was a little bummer, but we knew that going into it. Bring your own tumbler cup! Keeps your drink cold and it will be bigger than the cup they will give you. ROOM - Our first room we checked into was not the greatest. It was a ground floor room which faced the property line and the toilet from the room above us leaked onto our bathroom floor. Not an ideal situation after spending a great amount of money to be in paradise. After running into Leon, the employee who checked us in, we asked if there could be anyway we could switch rooms the next day. No problem mon. We received a call the next morning confirming our room change and that it would be ready later that afternoon. Leon didn't have to help us out be he pulled through and made our trip even greater. Our new room had no issues and had mountain views. TRANSPORTATION - I highly recommend arranging transportation while booking your trip. We walked off the plane, did the customs thing, and there was a girl holding a Cheapcaribbean.com sign where we were directed to a kiosk with our information. Then we were directed to a shuttle and within 10 minutes of waiting on other passengers we were on our way to our resort. On our way back home the ONLY NEGATIVE about the whole trip was that our flight was at 8:30am. Our resort was 10 minutes from the airport, mind you this airport is a fraction of the Atlanta airport, after confirming our transportation for departure they would only pick us up 3 hours before our flight! This was complete unnecessary as we were in and out of security in 10 minutes. We were also the only ones in our terminal for an hour. EXCURSION - DO IT! There are plenty of excursion desks at the main area of the lobby, just ask what you want to do and they'll arrange it all for you. We went snorkeling and had the best time. It was fun to see outside of the resort. They pick you up at the resort where our driver engaged with the passengers and told us a bit of history about what was around us. Overall it was a great vacation for us both! We have so many memories that we will carry on with us for a lifetime. Don't forget to tip! It's not expected but we are both bartenders and like to tip when we feel it is deserved.

What's to Love

No reservations needed at any of the restaurants.

The epic-sized pool goes on for days and has room for everyone. No trouble finding a lounger here.

Delicious Jerk Chicken at the shack on the beach. It'll be your daily pit stop.

You'll love the "drink of the day" - fun, sometimes fruity, and definitely worth a cheers.

Every room has a balcony and nothing beats sitting outside your room with warm ocean breezes.

The luscious Renova Spa does wonders for your body and soul. You'll thank us later.

Carve out time to snorkel off the gentle shores of Jamaica. The plankton shine brightly and can't wait to see you.

Put on your dancing shoes because the band at the Coconut Bar has got some serious steely tunes.

What We'd Change

Reserving dinner seating at the a la carte restaurants is a must. Book early - even before you arrive, if you can.

Why You Should Go

Just a hop, skip and a jig away from Sanger International Airport in Montego Bay. Beachy drinks await.

Dunns Falls is a great day trip - hiking, zip lining, snorkeling, picnicking - it's a blast for everyone.

The staff is amazing. Seriously, they take care of it all. You just sit back and let the pampering begin.

Bring your own colorful beach towel if you want to easily see your lounger by the pool.

Start off your day at the sweat-busting gym. Always good to get those toxins out of your bod.

If you're there in July, check out the Reggae Sumfest. Jammin', mon.
