  Great staff but not 5 star

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Staff, but Not Truly Five Star Quick Summary: Fun for a few days, not luxury for two weeks. The hotel benefits from a lovely location, but overall it doesn’t feel like a genuine five-star experience. Some areas, including the rooms, lifts, stairways, and beach space, feel tired and would benefit from updating and better cleanliness. There’s also quite a lively party atmosphere, particularly around the middle pool, and noise can carry into the rooms at times. With many short-stay guests, it feels more like a social, party-style hotel rather than a relaxing luxury escape. Dining was mixed — the Italian restaurant was very enjoyable, but the French restaurant didn’t feel particularly French, and the sky bar was closed during our stay, which was disappointing. The evening entertainment was fun, though, and added some nice energy to the evenings. We did need to request a room move due to distance and nearby construction noise, and it’s worth noting the coatis roaming the corridors and rummaging through leftover room service, which did leave messy areas at times. The standout feature here is absolutely the staff. They are warm, welcoming, and extremely accommodating. A special mention to Miguel in the buffet, Christian in the foyer, and Isabel in the spa — all exceptional and a credit to the hotel. Overall, it’s suitable for a fun three to four-day break with a lively atmosphere, but not ideal for a longer stay if you’re expecting a quiet, polished five-star holiday.

  Best experience ever!

  I would like to say a couple of people within the organisation made this trip unforgettable. First of I would like to sincerely thank the bellhop department especially enrique, amoary and marcelo for their constant help and making the trip as comfortable as possible. Without these three we would have had trouble but due to their help they made the trip amazing. Secondly I would like to thank bryan from the waitering team for his funny and amazing service making our food time exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place due to the great service that comes with the hotel.

  Amazing would definitely recommend

  Amaury, Enrique and Marcelo gave us the most fabulous experience they made us feel at home and safe…they are warm and welcoming and just amazing people to speak to while passing by :) I would 100% recommend this hotel to all my family and friends! Also wanted to thank Bryan for making us laugh every time we went over to the buffet his service will never be forgotten meow 😺

  Great Experience

  Just returned from 7 days with my husband and a large group of friends. From the beginning the stay was amazing thanks to Javier Reyes the bell boy, he always said hello, remembered our names, always helped and made every day special. The food options were limited but the food itself was amazing. If you like the beach make sure you bring water shoes, it is SO rocky. I enjoyed the smaller size of the resort as you could get everywhere quickly, the entertainment was amazing, and you could always get what you wanted easily. Cannot wait to come back again!

  Everything was great especially the svc. Israel at the front of the house is a huge asset to your business

  As soon as we pulled up Israel was so helpful. He remembered me and my large group by name through the entire trip. What an asset to have welcoming guests and telling them bye. The food was great, I wish there were more speciality restaurants. The 24hr bar and food is appreciated. The entertainment was worth it, we didn’t have a single bad thing to say about the resort or definitely not about the staff. Great experience all around
