I could not recommend this place more. Every little detail is taken care of, the staff are so attentive and the food was second to none. The room service was restaurant quality and fast.

An Amazing Resort
What an AMAZING resort. We loved all the staff at Live Aqua especially Pablo in entertainment & Daniel the yoga instructor. The food was also amazing and Marco made the best juices and smoothies. I highly recommend live aqua.

Gorgeous Resort
We really love this place. All employees are amazing. I played volleyball with Pablo at beach & at night we had fun at Casino with Pablo. In the morning we hade a wonderful yoga with Daniel, after that I dance with Naomi and met Pablo again both are amazing. I recommend you stay here! 5 stars for sure. Marco made our smoothies and juice, and everything was so delicious ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Live Aqua Birthday trip
We stayed 5 nights at Live Aqua for my husband’s Birthday. Everything was perfect! We used Amstar for transportation to and from the resort. They were very professional and on time. Would definitely recommend. They sent an email when they would pick you up and where they would meet you. We upgraded to club level worth it! Check in was smooth and easy. They had us drinks and snacks available and our room was ready when we arrived. Our butler Viridiana and Arturo meet us immediately and asked if we need anything. Arturo made us dinner reservations and had all our favorite snacks stocked in the fridge. Our butlers helped us schedule an excursion. For our excursion we used Cancún Adventure to take a private bout to Isla Mujeres. We snorkels swam and explored the island. Food and drinks were provided on the boat and the guides were fantastic. All the food was great. Never had to wait for anything. The soup at MB was delicious and the Italian restaurant was amazing. The pool and beach were clean and relaxing. We rented a cabana on the beach and one over looking the beach the next day. Highly recommend the cabana food and drink service is provided. And let not for get about the activities. The Jump class and aqua aerobics were my personal favorite. Lulu was a great instructor. Mexican night was a hit with live shows and Mexican buffet.Staff was very attentive and friendly. My guest have been to the resort before and we have already booked our next trip. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Wonderful Resort
November 20, 2025 - December 4, 2025 Our second trip to Live Aqua in Cancun was every bit as enjoyable as our first trip (May 2025.) Absolutely everything about this resort is topnotch. All the staff members we came in contact with were wonderful people. All of which represent this resort well. We highly recommend this resort. It's close to the airport. There is a very nice mall directly across the street. Lots of restaurants in the area if you choose to eat off-site. This is also the second time we booked Lomas Transportation to get us to and from the resort. They are very reliable. We had such a blast reconnecting with Oscar (Azur - breakfast & lunch), Jose (Hidden Garden); Montserrat (pool concierges) Ariel (Azur) and Alma (hostess @ Azur.) When they saw that we had arrived we were met with lots of hugs, laughter and excitement. There was a lot of tears and sadness when we said our goodbyes. I truly believe God put these people in our lives for a reason. As Oscar said "you will always be in my heart." The good Lord willing we will see them again May 2026. Also wanted to give shoutouts to: Arturo & Romero (our butlers); Cesar (host at Azur breakfast & lunch); Louisa & Marco (pool waiters by Azur); Victor (waiter @ Siete); Angle (waiter @ Verenna).
