I have to give a shout out to Varenna and staff. By far the best food and service. Susanna and Mario for evening and Jose( he was great in multiple locations) for lunch really made it extra special for us. I have a gluten allergy and although the menu doesn't state gf they offer the most options and are extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very secure in what I was ordering and it was delicious. The chef even came out and talked with us because Susanna wanted us to feel good about what we were ordering. Top notch people, service, and food. We ate here 3 times during our week stay. I wish I had known sooner that they were so good with my allergy.

An incredible experience of relaxation. The hotel itself is not a 5 star luxury feel…. Maybe 20 years ago. The rooms were great. Food was delicious for an all inclusive. The Asian restaurant was the best one there. Loved the pool and beach areas. Excellent staff all around. Cleaning crew wee so kind. Loved the location and beach. Would definitely come back.

The customer service from everyone was great,
Edouard gave us great customer service, was very friendly, and went above and beyond for our party of four. The swim up bar had awesome bartenders, Manuel went above and behind for us also. They made our vacation so enjoyable and memorable.

Best staff, beautiful resort!!!
Beautiful resort, wonderful staff, very walkable and intimate, overall great experience! Food was great for all-inclusive. Andres, Manuel, Jonathon and Crescencio all went above and beyond for us in the swim up pool bar area every day. They really took the time to make sure we had everything we needed, were so fun to talk to, and were all so very kind. Extra special shout out to Andres-he was amazing. He helped get our comfy poolside beds setup every day and we just loved laying there staring at the beautiful ocean. We’re so glad our paths crossed with these gentlemen! Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay with Exceptional Service from Stephany and Ernesto
We just returned from an incredible stay at Live Aqua Cancun, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The resort itself is stunning, modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The food was excellent at every restaurant, and each meal felt special. A huge shoutout to our butlers, Stephany and Ernesto, who truly made our trip unforgettable. They were always one step ahead, helping us with dinner reservations, setting up poolside surprises, and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness made us feel completely taken care of. Overall, the staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming, which added to the relaxing atmosphere that Live Aqua is known for. If you are looking for a luxurious, adults-only getaway with exceptional service and comfort, this is the place. We cannot wait to come back.
